    I've been a regular at this Dutch Bros on the weekends, but the customer service at the walk-up window has become consistently frustrating. Every time I visit, there's no acknowledgement for the first 30 to 45 seconds. Eventually, a staff member yells for someone to get the walk-up, often with an annoyed tone. When an employee does arrive, there's no greeting, no smile, just a curt "what can I get you?" It feels like helping a customer is a major inconvenience, and it's disappointing to receive the same poor service every weekend.

    Got in line at this place at 9:45pm. When I finally got to the window at 10 they informed me that because they took so long on the cars in front of me that it was now past closing and I couldn’t get anything. Embracing customer service and absolutely unfair way to treat your regulars.

    Fastest, most efficient Dutch Bros I've been to! And the girls working were super friendly... and they were able to keep the line moving while maintaining their happy demeanor, because they did not have 15 minute conversations with any of the customers.
