    Go back to the punch card system. The fact that the rewards system on the app can’t be accessed bc the screen to access rewards doesn’t work but the rest of the app works is sketchy to say the least. Then on top of that the employees can’t help with anything, bc guess what it’s on the app and they no longer can provide free drinks.

    I'm a little bias, but my entire family is addicted to Dutch. Their coffee is a 8.2/10, but their drinks are 10/10 if that makes sense.

    I’m not sure if you’ll read this - however, I just ordered a kicker freeze at the outdoor window and yall were really busy but you made my day. I had a tough day and you made it a lot better. I could tell you were all super busy so my hope is that this can possibly make your day a good one!

    All hail Noah. Devine being of drink mixtures and movie knowledge. Lord of taste buds. The cast of Disney World falls second to the staff here in making dreams come true. Serving drinks is there a job, elevating my hot girl walk is their passion.

    Nice, friendly baristas. Talk about swift working employees - more times than not, they end up finished w/the drink before I start thinking about how long it's been since my order was made - I never really had my eyes opened about Dutch Bros. but after having a regional manager by the name "#Bri" whom by explaining that she has replaced Michael from his position... Of course I'm going to be a tad disappointed. Especially when a new "Glorified" manager/barista has a golden star sticker on their name tag... isn't familiar with a person's haunts or likable establishments... *Not sure if the usual morning rush hour to three more additional hours, had much to do with it but - I went through and got my usual 3 or 4 shots of espresso, topped off with cream whipped. Got back to my place and kept thinking something about the drink was off - ended up checking the label out and seen they used their (blonde) espresso instead of the usual reg. esp... So, forward to next morning. There I was presenting my case with this new regional manager, who had just informed me that Michael (whom was an excellent @ his spot w/the franchise) had been sacked or canned one, I don't remember which but was one of those examples - right off the rip she expressed more than a usual amount of "doubtfulness" towards the amount of coffee I consume on a reg basis. - I clearly understand what this location has to deal with as far as the street walkers constantly causing riff-raff inside the establishment @ this location. Along with being blessed - I'm absolutely sure of by "Tenbuck's"/"Twentybuck's" newer regional manager - to now by not having to see or deal with a disgruntled customer who had visited that location multiple times daily since the last half of 2017. ✌️
