  They messed up my order three times I want a refund or someone to make it right I have a tomato allergy my burger does even come with tomatoes

  I visited this location’s drive‑thru and was asked to pull forward so my order could be brought out. I understood they were running slightly behind, but the wait extended to 15 minutes. When I went inside to check on the status of my order, I was asked for my order number (“DT‑122”) and was told it was not ready. I then requested a refund, but the employee walked away without acknowledging the request. A moment later, the cook handed the food to the employee, who bagged it, handed it to me, and said, “Here you go, sorry about that,” before walking away again. Despite the long wait, the food was still cold. The tenders were also unusually small—one was small enough to fit entirely inside the dipping container with only a small piece sticking out. I later noticed another review mentioning a similar 15‑minute wait. This location does not appear to be busy enough for delays and quality issues of this level.

  The teenagers who take your orders look at you with their dead soulless hateful eyes and treat your very existence like an inconvenience. Very weird. They will also park you out front for simple $7 orders, make you wait 10-15 minutes, then bring out food to you that is cold, disgusting, and incorrect. Do not go to this location. Awful service and awful food.

  It's gotten worse over the years.It used to be good, but the staff really don't care. i just went to get a milkshake, and I paid with dollar coins, and the lady said, I didn't pay enough because she couldn't count coins, she dropped the coins as well and said I gave her not enough. So I had to give her cash and pay more for something because she lost the money when she dropped it inside the building. No receipt no, basic courtesy anymore, oh the milkshake was at least good..

  Order 1 peanut buster parfait, 2 chocolate and 2 cherry dilly bars.. was handed three chocolate, Emilia rolled her eyes, handed, me two chocolate...came back with one cherry...told her it was two cherry. Very rude when she gave me the second cherry, when we finally got the parfait, it was with attitude, I mirrored her demeanor which is when she told me I was rude and slammed the window, the night manager Gabriella came to the window, as Emilia yells, "i didn't hear her" i tell her to read the screen. My receipt was correct. Gabriella says thanks for coming, slamming the window a second time. It wasn't even busy. Not that it matters to this establishment but I will never come here again. There is another DQ 2 miles up the road.
