What a joke of a restaurant. It's noon on a random Friday and they "are not serving any ice cream, except dilly bars." I understand that this is a franchise, but good Lord, they need help. This isn't the first time I've been here and every time they've had something broken or unavailable.

Pretty dirty looking, even for fast food. The drive through window has dirty water rag streaks all over it. The blizzard (two nights in a row) was not mixed. All of the toppings are on top and ice cream at the bottom. It's DQ though and I crave DQ sometimes and so I go here even though its poorly run.

Hit the drive through. It was 4:30 PM, and there was 3 cars ahead of us. I saw some diners inside, it seems like a busy place. The person that took our order was awfully terse, explaining that they were out of quite a few things. This being our second visit in a 3 month span, this is obviously the norm. I don't understand why you don't order more of the items that you constantly run out of so that you're not out. Also, the fries were old.

Ordered by mobile app — they shut the store 30 minutes early. Teenagers running the store refused to answer until we flagged three other people in the store down to get a refund. This shitty service is why you can’t charge this much for your food — if you can’t run a business, you cannot up charge the food and have worse service. We placed a mobile order at approximately 12:15 a.m. and drove to the restaurant specifically to pick it up. We arrived at approximately 12:35 a.m., at which point the restaurant appeared to be closed despite the location supposedly remaining open for roughly another 30 minutes. Because the mobile ordering system had accepted our order and payment, I drove around to the window. An employee was mopping directly in front of the window with her back to me. I initially knocked simply to get her attention because I assumed one of two things had happened: either the restaurant had closed only moments earlier and our completed order might still be inside, or there had been an issue with the order and someone could assist me with a refund. Instead, the employee completely ignored me. I knocked repeatedly and increasingly loudly. I could see that she had headphones in, so eventually I was knocking hard enough and calling out loudly enough that another employee all the way across the dining room looked over. Despite that, the employee directly in front of me still did not acknowledge me, turn around, or make any attempt to determine why a customer was at the window. It took several other employees passing through the area before someone finally came to the window and actually spoke to me. They had to get a district manager in the phone to start to provide a refund. I was angry by this point, and I did use profanity. I am not going to pretend otherwise. We had made an unnecessary trip. After arriving, rather than receiving the food we paid for or even a prompt explanation, we were ignored. I stated all of this out loud while Matt could hear me on speakerphone. I am not sure he initially realized why he could hear me as clearly as I could hear him. What happened next is what elevated this from a frustrating service failure to something I believe ownership needs to address. Apparently not realizing that the employee had him on speakerphone, Matt began discussing banning me from the restaurant because I had cursed. Once again, there was no apology, no empathy, and no acknowledgment or accountability for the failures that had led to the situation. His immediate response was instead to shift the focus entirely to my reaction to those failures. I was frankly stunned. Your restaurant accepted our money for an order it apparently could not fulfill. Your staff acknowledged that management already knew the system had been experiencing problems. An employee then visibly ignored us while we tried for several minutes to get assistance. And when I became angry about that treatment, the managerial response was to discuss banning the customer. You will get treated by customers at the level of service you provide — if you are rude, do not expect more empathy for your struggles than you are giving to the person paying to experience you complain about your struggles.

This DQ said on both the drive thru window and their website that they’re open til 1am, but when we got there the place was closing and employees ignored the THREE CARS circling the drive thru at 11:30pm. We also tried going inside the building but they locked their doors even though the lights were on, and it was clear the employees were ignoring us when we were looking through the glass. Was looking forward to this all night. “Now open late” my ahh 😂😂😂😂😂🙏🙏
