I used to work at this Dairy Queen years ago, and unfortunately it seems like things have only gone downhill since then. I understand fast food gets busy — I worked here myself, along with several friends and even my sister — so I know firsthand what a rush can look like. But what we experienced tonight was beyond “busy,” it was just poor management, lack of cleanliness, and terrible customer service. I usually go through the drive-thru, so I had never really seen the inside experience here before. After tonight, I’m not sure I even want to eat from this location again. With the prices they charge now, there should be at least a basic standard of cleanliness and service. We waited around 20 minutes at the counter before anyone even acknowledged us. After finally ordering, we weren’t given the drinks we paid for or even a receipt. We then sat and waited another 30 minutes while multiple drive-thru orders kept flying out. I finally had to go ask for our drinks just to keep my kids occupied while we waited. During that nearly hour-long wait, my child needed to use the restroom. We asked for the code, only to find a disgusting bathroom with a clogged toilet, flies everywhere, and conditions that looked like it had been neglected for far longer than just one busy day. When I mentioned it to the rude night shift lead, I was told “that’s just how it is because we’ve had a lot of customers.” No — that was not from today. When I asked if my kids could use the employee restroom since the customer one was unusable, I was told no. Then when our food was finally ready, they repeatedly shouted a random order number that we never had because, again, they never gave us a receipt. Instead of bringing the food out to the clearly seated family that had already waited nearly an hour, they just kept yelling the number from behind the counter. This location badly needs retraining on cleanliness, closing tasks, organization, and customer service expectations. The one bright spot was employee Jessica Johnson, who has always been kind and hardworking. She deserves a raise, and I’d be willing to bet these issues don’t happen when she’s working daytime shifts. But the night crew is a completely different story. I would avoid this location if possible and spend your money elsewhere. Not worth the price to be ignored, treated rudely, and served in such an unclean environment.

Another great place for cheap eats. And ice cream to top it off.

This place messed up an order and blamed door dash. Trying to resolve the issue, I talked with kaly. She sucks at customer service needs to learn a thing or two. I will be calling the manager.

Just had ice cream, which we get from Dairy Queen restaurants all over the place. We got a medium, which was a small on a large Cone. Not impressed.

Maybe I got unlucky. But it took an exceedingly long amount of time for my chicken fingers and fries. When I opened the box the smell of something like vinegar burned my nose because my chicken was absolutely drenched in the sauce. And everything tasted like old, dirty cooking oil. The bread, the fries, even the chicken despite the pool of sauce it sat in. My favorite part of this meal was cleaning my hands and putting it back in the bag.
