  Terrible service here. If it went any slower they would be going in reverse. Service here is so slow that you'll need to bring a lunch. Because you'll be waiting so long. Only 3 people working. Only one serving. Meanwhile, the manager is standing there on a texting on her phone. Asking the one person serving food to go put paper towels in the bathroom. Because the bathroom was at a paper towels. Poor management to say the least

  I frequently go to this location. Today the chicken was cold and portions were tiny. Understaffed and were frantic dealing with a line of 5 customers.

  Took a couple bites and the food tasted off. As I was mixing everything together I noticed a live bug!! Gross!

  I just went in at 8:45pm, it wasn’t too busy, there was a short line. One of the workers asked his coworker to help him make food but instead he said he had to finish cleaning these open spaces on the line. They don’t close until 11 pm. He then proceeds to spray some type of cleaner on the counter right next to the food :| like it 100% got into the food so I left immediately after that. Not only that but everything they had on the line was old and their grill was already cleaned. We went to another location and even they were still cooking meat and refilling the line. I’ve worked food service and at chipotle before and in all my years I’ve always been trained to spray into a towel away from the food which is why I left. Even food safe chemicals are never meant to come into contact with food unless it’s to wash the lettuce and even then it’s washed off :(

  Started working down the street and was super excited to see a Chipotle for lunches available. First experience showed up at 11am April 21st, it was kind of busy but not bad. I waited maybe 3 minutes to get to the first staff member. They looked upset, no smiles not even a confident hello. Just a quick hello how can I help. It was very robotic and disingenuous. I politely said bowl with white rice, black beans and barbacoa please. They hastely slapped very small portions of all three items in my bowl. The next member looked just as unhappy to help out. I got a quick "what else would you like" so I again smiled and politely asked for the items I wanted. I was again served very small portions. I left and ate my lunch because I didn't have a lot of time. I went today April 22, 2026 at 10:30 thinking "Yesterday was maybe just a rough day and they deserve a second chance". The building was supposed to be open. It wasn't. A few staff members saw me standing outside in the rain waiting while they continued to work and said nothing. 10:35 came around and no one even pretended to see me until I had walked all the way back to my truck shaking my head. I will never return to this location ever again. Guess is poor management leading to poor moral. But something is up. Staff just didn't see happy and it showed in the food and service.
