    Horrible servings from them. Meat was burned, servings were super small. How is my hand bigger than the burrito? This is ridiculous, and expect my money back

    I usually come to this Chipotle because it’s the closest location to me, but I’ve repeatedly had uncomfortable experiences with some of the employees. I’m just there to order food, yet I often receive overly personal comments, compliments, giggling, and staring that make the environment feel awkward and unprofessional. I want to be clear that I have no issue with anyone’s personal identity or lifestyle. My concern is simply that employees should keep interactions respectful and professional with customers. Friendly customer service is one thing, but repeated personal remarks toward customers can make people uncomfortable. I’d suggest management speak with staff about maintaining a more professional atmosphere for everyone.

    I was in here a few days ago and the young women helped someone on register with gloves on and handled cash then proceed to come make my bowl without changing her gloves or washing her hands. The food is usually great but the cleanliness here is not so good.. I get having rushes but please change your gloves and wash your hands.

    Never have I ever had a worse experience. Rude staff. Took 8 minutes to acknowledge I was there. And the whole time I was ordering some creepy old guy working there just stared at me like I was in his way. Also, I should not be shorted items in my burrito because they didn't prepare appropriately. (It took 5 people to change the white rice. FIVE!!) I would not eat here again... and would warn others to go elsewhere. In case you wanted to know how the chat worked: Transferring you to a live agent. Alright, a team member will be with you soon.
