  Dude they weren't kidding about shrinkflation hitting chipotle. I haven't ordered from here in years and it's almost like they hate their customers. Lol. I'd rather have 2 taco bell bowls for the same price. This is outrageous.

  Ordered 20 minutes ahead and waited 30 minutes past the time our order was supposed to be up. Literally watching a crowd of a 11 get served ahead of us. If theyre not able to handle online orders then maybe they should disable it.

  I come here almost weekly and lately it hasnt been the best experience. The past week its been extremely busy, lines wrapped around the store and short staffed. Also, many items aren't available and the kitchen area has not been being maintained and very dirty/messy.

  Every time I pre-order here, I hate the fact that I HAVE to check my bag before I leave - something is always missing and/or wrong…. Today they forgot my chips -again… Also for the kids meal, the tangerine was beyond rotten… Not only did it have a big rotten spot, but you can feel as soon as you picked it up… Also, I was shocked at how small the regular sized chicken burrito was. When I went back to the register for my chips, there was no apology - not expecting a drawn out sorry but a basic acknowledgment is an expected social norm. I also asked about the size of the burrito and I was curtly told that - that’s normal.…? I went home and had to take a picture of it. : (

  Went in around 8:03pm Thursday 9/3/26. Don’t go to this place unless you want to be treated poorly and have a grown woman act like a teenager. Sonia I believe is her name. This lady should not be the face of ANY business. Not only did she lose two customers today but she made herself look like a fool and showed ZERO management skills and ZERO team work and ZERO leadership skills. This Manager or lead Sonia, (Short, Black Hair and Tattoo on the left side of her neck) I asked her for her name and she said “Mmm, No. I’m not giving you my name”. (But I overheard her co-workers and manager say her name.) She treated her coworkers extremely poorly. She was lazy and entitled. I went in to get a burrito and NO RICE WAS MADE, she had an attitude telling the customer in front of me, Sorry No Rice, that customer left. I said “is there is NO Rice, she said “uh no. Mika (other employee), go make that rice because I ain’t making that rice and you can make it.” Extremely bossy and rude. I told her that she’s loosing business and customers by asking someone else to do a job that she could have done, she should have been an example and taken care of the customers. Possibly apologize for not having rice completed and offer a free small drink and make someone want to write a good review. Instead, she was extremely disrespectful, immature and not the kind of person that should be working face to face with customers for a well known business name. I told her I was reporting her to Rachel the manager and she Sonia called the manager Rachel on speaker and Sonia said that I was cursing at her. I told her that she was lying and she said well you are being extremely rude and that’s the same thing. I said I’m being rude because I called you out on your behavior towards customers and lack of respect towards your employees and customers.. As I was walking out the store and she kept going and going yelling at me to keep moving out of the store. She embarrassed her self and lost a regular customer that lives near by. - Avoid this location!
