Living in Portland, we thought we were accepted and safe; We’ve had repeated problems with this location, not only getting our online pickup orders wrong, but seeing it first hand in person. After noticing a pattern, we decided to try a simple test. We placed the same type of order using common English names instead of our usual names. Those orders were made correctly, had all the requested ingredients, and even had more food!! When we order using our actual names, our bowls are always missing ingredients and made incorrectly! The difference in names with the consistency is valid enough for us to understand that this location is racist. As a person of color, this is upsetting. Not to mention; there is not one colored employee at this establishment. At the very least, all the racist employees need to be fired and non-racist employees hired. Based on our repeated experiences, and actual evidence, we DO NOT recommend ordering from this location.
