  I watched the manager throw bags of chips away right after the employee with only one hand had finished bagging them and setting them on the shelf.. she threw them away because they were the wrong sizes"everbody makes mistakes." . It seemed wasteful and made that worker flustered while finishing Also my cash transaction.. even said something like " let me take that off your hands for you."... dude only has one hand... super insensitive 😒

  The amount of craziness they make you go through just to make things right when they screw up is insane. Truly insane. Its like Idiocacy.

  Bad Experience... I've been buying my lunch from this restaurant almost every day, and I always order the exact same meal. Over time, I've noticed that I'm being charged different prices for the same order. For example, I paid $16.78 three days ago, $17.65 yesterday, and today I was told the total was around $18.00. I understand that the difference is only about a dollar, but that isn't the point. I simply wanted to understand why the price keeps changing for the exact same meal...When I politely asked for an explanation, the cashier insisted that this wasn't happening. I reminded him that he had taken my order the day before, but he denied it. At that point, I decided not to purchase my lunch there anymore. For me, it's not about the extra dollar—it's about transparency and consistency. As a regular customer, I expect to be charged fairly and to receive a clear explanation when I notice a discrepancy. Unfortunately, the lack of transparency and the dismissive response left me feeling uncomfortable, so I've decided to take my business elsewhere.

  I ordered a bowl on the Chipotle App and when it was delivered there was no utensils to eat it with or any napkins. Ridiculous!!!!!!

  They couldn’t find my order and told me a pending charge on my bank account meant it wasn’t going through even though the app said it was received? No pending is what happens with all credit card charges before they post! Never had issues until now. I was frustrated but I just couldn’t understand how the app saying received meant my charge didn’t go through? I’ve ordered here like 50 times and given both names never had an issue until now. Staff seemed to blame me that they didn’t ask me my first name when I rolled up and I gave them my last. Very strange and frustrating.Staff need not confirm bank statements - she literally said oh no that’s for Newport Beach after asking to see my bank statement and saying it’s not the same chipotle - how is that ok?- Newport Beach is where all charges go through for all chipotle’s ? . I had to go inside and show them that the address was correct and my order was received before they found my order?? I’m still confused as to why I was the bad guy there and welp not going here again after that and dang the drive up was a nice feature but I can’t deal with that level of incompetence and disorganization.
