  Takes your order and money online, then doesn't make your order and tells you to seek a refund online or place the same order at another location to then get your refund.

  First why is your food always mildly warm... not hot, super annoying to eat cold grilled veggies, bean and meat. The manager is unprofessional. I think their app was having issues today because I placed my order and it said they were having processing issues and to pay at the restaurant (I have screenshots) I get to the window, they dont have my order.. I'm literally on the app that says order received and to pick up at 1.20. The associate says "I'm not sure let me get the manager" The manager comes to the window and says "what's up" out the window I looked at her confused and the staff member I think gave her a rundown at that time of the issue. I showed her the payment issue and the order and she said "that doesn't even make since we cant take payments here at the window" ... OK. You could tell she was annoyed with ME for what I'm not fully sure, but I told her well this may happen again since this is what the app is saying but I can come in and order, shes like "Yeah Im sorry, if you come in we will remake it" So, I go in. You can tell that she is chatting with staff about people and looks annoyed. I order, the young guy that took my order was really nice and seemed to be working hard and on top of his role. As my salad made its way to the manager who I think was training the cashier she said, is this double meat to the guy that was working the front of the line.. he said I dont think so and she looked at me annoyed... I said "I didnt ask for double meat" and she rolled her eyes and continued what she was doing. Then the girl working the toppings wrote on the lid what I got and passed it to the manager / cashier person and the manager looked at it and wrote an E on it and said "E for salad right" and looked at the girl.. Just her approach to her staff is rude and her fake customer service is wild. I work at a business down the street and we have catered from Chipotle for work and I have outside of work as well and I won't be doing that anymore. I just feel like this place had great customer service when they opened and now its meh. Business owner, poor customer service will kill your business and from the looks of these reviews we all see it.

  Matilda helped me out. It was only my second time ever having Chipotle, and she is very kind and compassionate towards customers. Her and her team were holding down things while this rush came in. Truly, I’ve honestly never seen customer service like they do it here, but the food was amazing. Shout out to you, Matilda! You rock!
