  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this location today. I placed an online order about 10 minutes before the listed pickup time and arrived expecting it to be ready. Instead, the entire pickup shelf was empty, even though several people were waiting for online orders. Apparently completed orders were being kept in the back, so customers had to find an employee and specifically ask for their food. My order ended up being almost 10 minutes late, but the wait itself was honestly not the biggest issue. What bothered me most was what I saw while I was standing there. The counters were visibly dirty, with food and stains across essentially every surface I could see, including areas close to where customers interact with the counter. At one point, an employee was helping another employee with a card at the register and accidentally dropped it on the floor. He picked the card up off the visibly dirty floor while wearing the same gloves he was using to prepare food, placed the card on the counter, and then immediately continued making another customer’s order without changing his gloves. Watching that completely killed my appetite. The customer service was also poorly handled. Several of us were waiting for online orders, but instead of asking who had been waiting longest or which orders we were waiting for, an employee eventually came from the back carrying multiple bags and simply started calling out names. Someone who arrived several minutes after me received his order before I did. Eventually they asked for my name, and after waiting even longer, an employee came out and simply called “Taraaaaaaaa” and handed me my bag. There was no apology or even acknowledgment that the order was late. I understand that restaurants get busy, and I also work in the food industry, so I’m generally very understanding when staff are overwhelmed. But this was only a couple of hours after opening, and what I witnessed went beyond being busy or understaffed. The cleanliness and food-handling practices in particular were concerning enough that I genuinely hesitated to eat the food I had just purchased. I normally love Chipotle, but between the sanitation issues, disorganized online pickup process, and lack of professionalism, I’m not sure I would return to this location.

  This location is usually out of something. Today although service was very quick, there were minimal options. The portions were very small including the guacamole which was only filled halfway.

  This is a really nice Chipotle I like it alot sense there's not so many people in it so it's my go to!
