- MDMars DesxreMay 11, 20261.0Absolutely terrible experience at Chipotle thanks to some guy with a tattoo on his neck. he was extremely rude, dismissive, and had a nasty attitude toward customers for no reason. Instead of helping resolve a simple issue, he acted annoyed and spoke disrespectfully the entire time. Customer service clearly means nothing here if this is how management behaves. I’ve never felt so unwelcome at a restaurant before. Definitely needs better leadership and professionalism.

This was after paying over $2 EXTRA for a Hershey kiss size of guacamole, I asked the lady to please put on more then that, she proceeded to add another Hershey kiss portion that showed up on my very last bite of my burrito. My wife’s bowl was FLAVORLESS and was told they were out of corn and tortilla chips 2 hours before closing! We payed $30 for that? We could have went to Wendy’s next door but decided to choose Chipotle, big mistake sadly. Chipotle is better than this, we ask that you have higher standards from your workers, don’t settle for this.
