- EEEthanMay 8, 20261.0Showed up 20 min after my pickup time assuming my app was just glitched and the food was ready. It was in fact not. I waited in line for 40 min until someone finally gave me info saying they were completely out of meat and beans aside from one meat option. I was “compensated” with a drink cup. Absolutely blew my mind.

I could see why the line was so slow because one person was serving and all the employees were just talking and laughing. No sense of urgency. Once the line moved a little I started to look around at the serving area and the other things going on. The place just seemed nasty. You might be busy, but you clean as you go and keep the appearance up. After I saw the way the serving area looked, and what was going on I got out of line and left. I have celiac disease and I’ve never been a chipotle who changed all the spoons and scoopers, gloves whipped everything down etc. and they were so incredibly sweet and reassuring, I wasn’t able to get the names of the employees who helped me but you know who you are and just thanks again for being so awesome!
