  Portions kinda suck but customer service was great, everyone was friendly. The lady with the purple hair and braids on 10/3 was hustling. She was so friendly and was working her ass off. Everyone else up front was kinda slacking but she was carrying the whole team.

  I go to this Chipotle at least once a week. Ordering online is almost never ready. Often I see people in line being helped quicker. Sometimes there is a huge line of people and they are moving very slowly. My guess is they are waiting for food to cook, because often when I do opt to get in the line I'm being told they are out of chicken or other meats. Its crazy to me it happens so often in the noon hour since that is such a busy hour they should be prepared for. Also the entire store will often smell like bleach- nauseating and overpowering. I have opted to eat in my car because of it. I've also had teammates gaking garbage while I am there a few times while not leaving any garbage available to throw away into. This team is kind and seem like good people they just lack direction from someone in charge to helped lead them. I do love Chipotle and will keep coming, just hope to see improvement because they have so much potential at that location!

  I just had the longest ten hour day at my food service job! I believe the employees name was Alora. She made my whole day! Her service was quick and incredibly kind! I wish you all accepted card tips, I only had a couple bucks cash. Thank you so much!

  The burrito was seriously so good. Everything was fresh, the portions were perfect, and whoever made my burrito absolutely killed it. It was packed perfectly, tasted amazing, and honestly might be one of the best Chipotle burritos I’ve had. Great job! 🔥🌯 Definitely coming back.

  Go across the street to Qdoba, 2$ more expensive and now about double the food. Free guac, more sauces, and better portions Chipotle used to have massive portions, where you could eat two meals with one, now they're charging to have the same amount of cheese one would have previously. Their portions are way smaller and a employee stated as such. The employee who was actually giving out reasonable portions I suspect was fired, as I don't see them there today, I'll keep watching out for them though. Chipotle like any other is a corporation here to take your money, use your money elsewhere. Way less rice then previously given, way less cheese, way less meat. Overall disappointed. That tall young black guy was the best employee you had, now you have lost my business. For context when I got to Portland this way my main place I ate out at every day, as well as qdoba across the street. Between the two chipotle HAD about the same food for the a bit cheaper price then Qdoba, but not anymore.
