  I’m so appalled at what I saw yesterday. I don’t typically give bad reviews just credit credit to places that due exceptionally well. Yesterday after buying my food and sitting at a table as a customer in good Faith minding my own business. I saw an individual with a liter sized old very well used water bottle come in and fill it with soda then grab a bag of chips and walk out the door to his dog and belongs and enjoy both will sitting next to the building. Theft is not appropriate or allowed and I’m so confused why none of the employees did anything there where 6 standing around saw it happen and did not tell him not to come back or stop what are doing just ignored the issue!! As a rational adult and a parent if we don’t set expectations and rules and people will get away with whatever they can until the boundary is set. Everyone knows stealing is against the law and the employees doing nothing was so disrespectful to us paying customers enjoying our meal. Also a reusable cup at the soda fountain and an unwashed hand with out a glove on reaching behind the counter for chips has got to violate health and safety standards and makes me feel unsafe that things where not properly Handel in general or cleaned after the event. As a veteran who fought for your right to have freedom of speech and will I did not do so, so others could act in poor faith or malicious intent. Both the individual and employees are in the wrong. I know this message is harsh. I hope it’s used as a learning opportunity. However, I will never return to a chipotle again I do hope in the future that paying valued customers will feel comfortable and welcome in the facility.

  Worst experience I’ve had at this location yet. The girl working the register was rude to three different customers in the 10 minute span that I was standing in the store. She does not wear a name tag, but she is tall and has dark hair with short pieces usually pulled out in the front. It’s beyond me how she gets away treating people the way she does. Update: my Order was also not even made correctly

  Worst service ever they have no idea how to greet people and just stare at you like you’re the problem for coming in.

  The tall girl (no name tag) with blue green hair and septum nose ring needs an attitude adjustment. Not a welcoming environment. Maybe go work at a warehouse if customer facing roles are not your thing..

  The staff keep messing up my orders on the chipotle app (missing large chips and guac) and the quality of food itself as well as quantity of ingredients varies greatly depending upon who prepares it. Very inconsistent but the one thing they are consistent on is skimping on ingredients.
