  Randomly stopped by today and ordered a chicken burrito for dinner. Food was well packed and tasted was great as usual. Staff were friendly. I didn’t have the issues that other reviews complained. (I usually was too lazy to write a review but feel that I should share my experience this time.)

  Barely average food but the issue was the dirtiest, messiest of any of their stores i have been in. Had to ask twice to get a table wiped off, crap all over the floors and around beverage station. Yet there were 8-9 kids/staff behind the counter. The girl who wiped our table acted like she was doing us a favor. Not returning hete!

  This is the worst location I've ever had to deal with. Unfortunately, Doordash defaults my orders here even though there is another location about a 1/4 mile closer. The last 5 orders, no exaggeration, have all had issues. Whether it's the wrong protein, completely forgetting the chips we ordered, extremely small portions - whatever, if you can imagine a way it could be wrong, this place does it. Not to mention it's always filthy inside. Their district manager needs to audit this place because in store management is running it into the ground.

  Every time I have ordered ahead from this location, I have been given someone else’s order. As someone with certain food sensitivities, this is particularly concerning. Tonight the bag was soaked through the bottom, because the bowl someone else ordered wasn’t even properly shut, which I didn’t realize until I got home and my car was a mess. When I opened the bag, surprise, surprise— it’s not my order. Again. Apparently, I’m foolish enough to have tried to order ahead more than once from this location— but I figured it was time to leave a review to help someone else avoid my mistake. Third time was not the charm. This was my last order from this place. I highly recommend you get your meal anywhere else.

  I have to admit I’ve been coming to this location instead of my local Chipotle on Cedar Hills Boulevard. Tonight, the gentleman working the online order section was very busy and they were out of chips. He offered to go back and fry me fresh chips at 40 mins to close because he saw the disappointment on my face (my order had 2 large). But this is how the service industry should be, no matter if it’s a chain takeout store or a star rated restaurant. I made sure to take of them and pay a compliment. I also have to admit that every time I go in there no matter how slammed they are, they’re always polite and always want to help if there’s a problem out of their control. I haven’t been disappointed at this location yet. Good crew in there... I was seriously impressed. Great burrito too!
