  A new store with no drive through was a little shocking. My fries were cold and greasy but the chicken nugets were hot. It definitely seemed like it was taking a long time to order as the people behind the counter didn't know where the button were. My helper had to delete several items multiple times before getting it correct. However she was extremely pleasant and was very positive.

  Parking is so small that dine in customers park in the "curbside" parking and go inside and eat. "Curbside" parking is for the people using the app, I couldn't find a spot for a while and had to just wait. No one is in there cars in those curbside spots, that is some BS. So then I get my food and they forget my straw and my spoon. Couldn't eat my Mac n cheese or drink my drink. That was the worst experience I've had at a chik fil a and I've been eating at a lot of them. Not coming back. Shouldn't have built one on Stark with no parking lot. Corporate really didn't think this one through.

  The employees at this chick-fil-a are so helpful and kind especially a young lady named Ally she went above and beyond.

  We asked Ally for things multiple times just cause we kept forgetting stuff or needing refills, and she's amazing. Wonderful smile and cherry attitude. Please give her a raise and a job well done!
