Spectacular view, great service, delicious food, nice, low key atmosphere…what a great evening! We got the mussels, steak & lobster and king salmon. Nice wine list with lots of price options … good selection of local wines. Plus a beautiful drive to the restaurant.

We both had fish and chips for lunch. They served us with more batter than fish. Along with extra crispy pieces that they put on our plate. It was discussin, the left over batter along with our batter fish. We both ate one piece each. We enjoyed our clam chowder. We'll never go back to the Chart House. Year's ago we enjoyed their food.

Food was fantastic. Will def return and check out other menu items.
The only problem was when it came time to leave, Our wait person Zach came outside as we were retrieving our vehicle to say we didn't sign our CC receipt. I told him we did and to check again as maybe it was on our table or on the floor somewhere. He said he checked everywhere. I then went back to the table only to see it laying in clear sight on the floor. I don't know if he jumped to a conclusion because we are POC or exactly why. I can only hope that had nothing to do with his reasoning but next time maybe he should truly check the surrounding area and not just say he did.

reserved a table here for Mother’s Day. Mind you, first time ever coming to this restaurant. Beautiful location and mostly great staff. The male waiter that was in charge of our section immediately rubbed me and my family the wrong way. Seemed to hate his job or his life. They provided a drink menu on the table but when we tried to order, we were told that “fancy drinks” were not available. Why even offer the menu if no one can order from it. My wife ordered a drink from the allowable options but what she received was DEFINITELY NOT what she ordered. Our waiter disappeared for a time so I went to the front desk to request a replacement, I was assured the issue would be taken care of and the nice lady at the desk apologized for the mishap. My entire family ordered the NY Strip since it was a holiday they only allowed a small selection of items for a 3 course. My steak was ordered medium rare. Upon receiving our main dishes, my steak was NOTICEABLY smaller than EVERYONE else’s. The center of my steak was also brown and mushy like it was freezer burnt and undercooked. Multiple bad experiences in a row made my whole family want to leave without finishing our meals. I received the check (around $375) and the drink that was incorrect was still charged to me. Without making a scene I paid and even tipped bringing the total to $420. That is the cost of 4 people to eat a slimmed down menu from an expensive restaurant that provided horrible service. First and last time coming here. Take your business elsewhere.

We had the most amazing experience planning an event at the Chart House. From the very inquiry to the final toast, the entire process was seamless, largely thanks to their awesome event coordinator Brandie! She's incredibly helpful, organized and professional. - The service was top-tier too. Our servers Jason and Anthony were attentive, helpful, proactive and polite. Everyone raved about how fantastic they were! We can't say enough about how special and well run they made our event. Thank you, thank you!
