- JDJulia Dressler4 days ago2.0I’m so disappointed- my sweet onion burger was both under and overcooked. The majority of the burger patty was hard and chewy. Fries were cold and also chewy. Shake was decent. I’ve enjoyed burgerville for almost the last 10 years - I may not come back after this experience.

Can't tell you the number of times this has happened. This is why I have learned to double and triple ask. Never fails. Please please please please train train your people to listen and double check that they got everything in there and not lie to you that it's in there when clearly it's not. Also, remind me to never ever get asparagus at this location again. It is drenched in disgusting oil. Not at all edible. What a waste of money. It's made much better at other locations.
