- ALAudrey Lee2 days ago2.0Really poor experience, overcharged, long wait times while parked, and rude and assuming staff. I would advise taking your money to another establishment.
- BHBart HogelandMay 12, 20261.0My wife recently stopped at this establishment, they were very mean towards her. She only needed to use the bathroom due to her medical condition. She was abruptly told that she couldn't use the bathroom unless she was a "patreon" of the establishment. Which according to Allys Law could construed as breaking the law by limiting my wife's access to the bathroom without paying. As of writing this review and following Assistant Manager Kelly Chambers explicit disregard for my wife condition I have also reported this to Burgerville corporate for investigation.

Standards and.quality appear.to me falling toward the lowest common denominator which as we all know is McDonald's. I'll likely not visit next time I'm in Portland. The juice just isn't worth the squeeze.

Don't let them fool you, this is not the sandwich from years back. Oh, it's really tiny too. Service is friendly yet slow as turtles wading through peanut butter. Took 15min to get my food and then fries were cold. Place is filthy too. Nasty bathrooms and even had a Sharps container that had been broken open and left that way. Health department needs to consider a visit to this restaurant.
