Service was terrible, I didn't get my shake until I was done eating and had to go to the counter and ask for it. No apology, no coupon for next visit, just the shake.

The girl at the counter was very polite. Another girl brought my food out. Dropped it at my table without a word and walked away, not even acknowledging my thanks. The shake itself was good, but a little gritty from the chopped hazelnut. The place was very clean.
