  We love Burgerville! They have the best real ice cream milkshakes. Chocolate hazelnut used to be seasonal but it was so popular they now have it year round. Their signature special sauce is awesome and they sell jars of it. And no need to worry about Argentina beef here because it is all local. Yes. Portland really is paradise.

  If I could give negative stars this would be the place. Ordered pickup and got to the drive thru and a young lady asked for my name. 15 mins go by and all I’ve heard is 3 young employees screaming and yelling profanities at each other thru the open window. I wait another five mins and finally yell hello cuz It’s been a while. No one can hear me because they are yelling at each other so loud, try again no success. After 5 more mins I yell one more time and finally someone comes to the window and tells me they gave my order to the wrong person and it will be another 15 mins. I say ok and obviously a bit annoyed cuz it already been a while then Some young Caucasian kid comes over and says “I’ve had her before, she’s a problem” I haven’t even been to this location in a years. I say excuse me and the young lady say “ we ain’t talking shit about you” and proceeds to laugh at me with the previous Caucasian boy, he then to say to her “She must be on menopause”. You would think that would be the end of it, NOPE. They then proceed to tell me that THEY THREW OUT MY FOOD and it will be more time. I get finally get upset and the young women slams the window in my face. A bunch of unsupervised high schoolers running a Burgerville and talking to customer like this is atrocious!!! All this over a burger and fries!!!!

  Stay away from the Glisan location in Portland / Montavilla. They clearly dont clean their grill, see pic of mystery burnt topping I got on my burger. Disgusting.

  The person taking our order acted annoyed that we were ordering. Burger was good. Very small amount of Fries. Fries not crispy or hot. No fizz in the Dr. Pepper. My glass was leaking on the bottom seam. I took it to the order counter to tell them. The pop was dripping on my hand and napkin. After I showed them, I asked if they could take it there and throw it away behind the counter. The man stared at me, said "no," and reluctantly handed me a new cup. I had to carry the dripping cup back to the eating area to throw it away. Bad form, Burgerville.
