  My 1 star review is not based on the service at this Burgerville. Everyone is always so nice and welcoming, however, our order is always wrong. We go to this Burgerville maybe 3 times a year despite living down the street and it’s because every time we do, our order is incorrect. Today we placed an order on the app yet it was still wrong.

  Busy afternoon so I drove through and ordered despite my misgivings. As expected, 3 cars in line and still a 10 minute wait. Kids meal was fine but the Bacon cheeseburger that I ordered was actually one of those absolutely disgusting vegan pretend burgers and inedible. For a place that takes at least twice the time of other fast food options they should at least be able to get an order correct.

  The crew here 8.14.26 at 3:45 did an excellent job, had a mixup with my burger and they helped get things ironed out right away without guilt tripping me. Food was excellent flawless. Thanks guys.

  The food was grea! Smelling the food inside made me so hungry more than any other burger joint. The only thing was they were in such a rush they messed up my wife's order 3 times.

  Awful service before I got to the door,l. Yesterday, August 2nd, 2026.I was with my son and his 3 friends in the parking lot discussing the plan for the day and what to buy for lunch. As I was walking from my car to the door the drive thru staff literally yelled out that we can't park their for the event and our car will get towed. I asked if I could buy food and she said yes. At that point I had no desire to buy anything from that location. She was so rude and presumptive. Staff need to be taught manners and customer service skills. I would give them - zero stars if I could.
