  I understand that airport costs defer from the cost of Burgerville outside of the airport. But it does not cost anything to just be kind of about communicating that information. The representative in the front was very short in her communication style towards me and completely decimated my desire to want to buy anything from this establishment. Burgerville food quality is what brought me to this place to begin with and it was the lack of kindness that drove me out.

  Overwhelmed staff. Yelled out a number but order machine did not give receipts so had no idea if it was my order.

  I got the Vegan burger. I thought it was a Beyond burger. It was a veggie patty that looked like a Beyond burger. The sign said spicy. I don't know why I ordered it and before a flight! The other burger said veggie burger. I don't care for a veggie burger or spicy things. The chocolate shake was delicious. It cooled my mouth from the fire of that burger.

  No reason to not give 5 stars. I usually opt for Wendy's at the airport, but PDX doesn't have one so Burgerville it is! Definitely better quality than Wendy's and at a slightly higher price. Burger was great. Fries were hot, fresh and crispy. Coke products. Dipping sauces were large. No complaints here. Keep it up Burgerville! See you next time I fly out of PDX 🫡
