- NSNelson Sherry6 days ago3.0Good food. Friendly service. A completely screwed up order, completely missing one of three hamburgers and 1 of two coffees. Then, they are slow at getting the orders out, the the whole rest of my meal was cold by the time the replacement burger was delivered. Overall, an unsatisfactory experience. The food quality was not worth the frustration, and significantly lost time while traveling.

Only car in the drive-through had to wait 15 minutes for a hash brown asked for ketchup definitely wasn’t in the bag. Food was thrown together. I’ve had multiple mediocre experiences here. I don’t think that these employees have pride in their job. I don’t think that the owner of this Burgerville cares enough to make sure that the employees that they hire do their job

We went through the drive-thru, had to pull forward to wait longer, then received cold fries and didn’t get the extra spread we requested on 2 of the burgers. And to top it off, I tipped 15% because the options are 20%, 15%, or custom. I felt put on the spot so I just chose the least expensive (15%), but I’m not sure why we’re tipping through the drive-thru when we’re not being served and we’re not getting exceptional service.
