The older woman working the cashier was extremely rude, unwelcoming, and seemed irritated the entire time. She ignored me and another customer for about five minutes before finally asking what we wanted, without even a simple hello or welcome. Throughout our order, she barely acknowledged us, rolled her eyes, and seemed annoyed. I still left a tip, but she didn’t say thank you or goodbye. She simply handed us our ice cream and walked away. I understand everyone has bad days, but basic customer service and respect should always be expected. I hope management takes this feedback seriously.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
