  Ordered a regular ol roast beef n cheddar and a ruben with a order of curly fries n 2 motz sticks. Was apologized repeatedly by the cashier thinking we were a customer that had left then after realizing we were for pick up guided us forward in line before handing us a wound up soggy bag with our sandwiches flopped into and cold sauces placed directly onto fries. I usually don't have to complain at arbys but the fries were a skimpy disgrace and the sandwiches looked like they'd been body slammed by biggy cheese himself. P.s NAH

  I just went through the drive through for a double beef and cheddar sandwich. This thing is horrible!! It has a strong flavor of fish to it. I would definitely not recommend this. I’ve never tasted anything like this at any other Arby’s before. Called and notified the manager, he didn’t sound too concerned, nor did he offer to try to make it right with me. Not a good experience.

  I don't dine at Arby's often. I went to the drive-thru discovered at my destination that curly fries were in my bag, since I wanted potato cakes and I was going right back past there I went in this afternoon July 28th 2026 it's around 5:00 p.m. store was cool and clean, but the manager, THE MANAGER! there right now, a lady, is so professional and kind represented Arbys so well that I said as much to myself on the way out. I don't eat there often but I'm going to in the future, because of her, she was articulate, professional, very fast but very kind and the best occasion I've ever had with going into have a menu item exchanged ANYWHERE. On that premise I will be dining at Arby's on future occasions.... Thank you.
