  Please don’t drive through here if you have somewhere to be or little ones in your car. We came through for a desperate dinner attempt after a late Sunday night birthday party and ended up stuck in the drive through for 35 minutes. We had a small and simple order, which we found was wrong by the time we got home. Steak was missing from our steak fries. Photos of my “bean” and cheese burrito for reference. I gave two stars for service because the woman who I spoke with on the phone was incredibly kind.

  Avoid at all costs!!! The food portions are tiny and the employees are rude and lack any accountability.

  I came through the drive through and ordered two burritos. I had already started eating when I realized my burrito was covered in little white hairs. I came back in and asked to talk to the manager to get a refund. When I asked why there was hair on my food I was told "it's not hair, it's fibers from the towels we use to clean with". I don't understand how that is any better and when I expressed that point the older lady told me that she already said she was sorry. I really didn't feel like she was sorry, and I expressed that point to another staff member at that time. That staff member went over to the drive through where this "manager" was issuing my refund and I could see her shaking her head and pointing at me as if I was the problem rather than the contaminants on my food. I asked what her name is and she refused to give it to me (the only reason for not sharing your name as the manager in this situation is because you know you're handling it poorly). I then asked who her manager was and she said there's no one above her. When I said I would contact corporate she told me that they're not going to care because it's a franchise. Well corporate has been contacted and assured me that there will be an investigation and to the purple shirted woman working as the "manager" at 12:19pm on Friday 9/11/2026, this is why your store has a 2.5 star rating. Poor food quality and worse customer service. I will absolutely not be returning and I will be telling everyone I know about my experience today.
