  Went to pick up a doordash the late night pickup window is made for doordashers but for some reason they won't answer you if you try to use it they will just tell you to go though the drive thur so lets just have a useless window.

  They butchered my burritos, it was basically just tortilla but they fixed it so I guess it's ok

  I came through drive thru at Phoenix location ,with a picky kiddo, JUNE 8TH @ 3pm. Only one other car ahead and empty parking lot. I ordered 10 items(2 were drinks) all were correct on screen, however.. . 1) cheese quesadilla with out sauce and side of sour cream received a chicken quesadilla With sauce and no sour cream(for kiddo who then melted down, thanks for that). 2) 2 bacon avacado stacker, both tortillas were burnt. 3) large nacho fries, cold 4) bean boritto Xtra sauce and cheese add sour cream, no extra and no sour cream 5) beef chalupa supreme, most toppings not on the shell 6) 2 2pk of strawberry cinabonn, only one order of two and not strawberry TRIED TO CALL TO GET ORDER CORRECTED, NO ANSWER THEN DISCONNECTED, REPEATEDLY... NEXT TIME I THINK ILL JUST DRIVE TO MEDFORD! Save yourself the frustration and dont use this location.

  Probably one of the worst taco bells I've ever been too in my entire life of eating at taco bell. Terrible service short staff and gone there 3 times. And out of that 3 times they have never gave me the right order for example got 12 of the cinnabon delights got 7 instead 😭 This place sucks.

  People are above standard, I eat here once in a while. The chef I trained under started here, I do miss their old standards when I was growing up. The 6 inch tacos were awesome, miss old menu. It's hard to get good food here nowadays unfortunately. I still like their burrito supremes, their chicken burritos off the fresh menu is good. I still have a weakness once in a while for the taco pizza combo with two taco supremes. (It is Taco Bell though.)
