If I could give ZERO stars, I would - because I had ZERO chance to even eat! We sat in the drive thru line for 8 minutes before the truck in front of us was able finish their order. Once we arrived at the speaker to place our order, we were NOT greeted for several minutes so my husband just started ordering. It was at this time that a woman interrupted him and said “give me a few seconds.” Then she proceeded to waste even more time by listing off all of the items they were out of… AND why they were out of all of it, AND when she was expecting the truck to deliver all of it. Then she said “give me a few seconds because there is a HUGE order ahead of you.” During this time, four more cars pulled in behind us - TRAPPING us! We waited an additional ten minutes and she never did check in with us again. During this ten minutes we decided to read the reviews which for the most part - SUCK! I’m usually pretty forgiving when it’s busy, but there was only one car in front of us and like three people inside the building…. Lucky for us three of the four cars behind us decided to leave and my husband got out of the car to ask the person behind us to back up so we could escape… that person also decided to leave. Now we are driving to Hermiston to get our Taco Bell where it is (usually) decent Taco Bell food, and always great customer service. I will not be back to the Pendleton Taco Bell. Way to go Pendleton!!

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT & UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE - AVOID THIS LOCATION
I arrived at this location at 7:10 AM on June 27, 2026, to pick up a DoorDash order scheduled for 7:17 AM. Despite posted hours stating the restaurant opens at 7:00 AM, the lobby doors were locked and the drive-thru menu boards were completely off.
After waiting at the drive-thru window for 15 minutes while employees walked by and actively ignored me, an employee (who later identified as the store manager) finally opened the window at 7:27 AM. I was told the restaurant wouldn't be ready to make food until 7:45 AM or later. When I politely offered to wait in the drive-thru lane, the manager became incredibly hostile, accusing me of "running up their drive-thru clock" and ordering me to wait in the parking lot.
When I reminded him that the delay was due to the store opening late, he refused to make the DoorDash order entirely. He then threatened my livelihood by stating he would report me and have me banned from the DoorDash platform.
I contacted the customer to update them, and they were equally appalled. The customer called the store directly to speak with management, only to be treated with the same extreme rudeness. The manager refused to provide his name or any contact information for corporate/higher management.
This level of unprofessionalism, retaliation, and poor customer service is entirely unacceptable. I have reported the incident to DoorDash, the customer is escalating it, and I will be contacting corporate directly. Taco Bell management needs to address this location immediately.
This experience was miserable. I ordered online on my way to this establishment because traffic was a little busy. I get to the restaurant and literally everything that I ordered had something wrong with it. All 3 of my slow rosted chicken chalupa were made wrong. I ordered extra chicken and light on the veggies ( I am 100% a carnivore.) Anyway they didn't listen at all and basically did the opposite I also didn't want any of there spicy sauce, and instead wanted the avocado ranch and nacho cheese. There was none of that either, just all dry. The only liquidy thing I had in these chalupas was the veggie juices. This was the same for all 3 orders of my chalupas. Next order was a crunch wrap supreme, cause it's the best, but not this time. My supreme was not edited any way shape or form online and I still got it cold and it wasn't even wrapped all the way it just fell apart in my hands when I opened the wrapper to eat. After all this I wanted in line for 15 minutes just to ask them to fix my order. And then I had to wait another 15 minutes to receive my "fixed" order. I blame the guy back behind the counter with the weird face and glasses, telling everyone what to do and how to do it, even though he was also doing things wrong. The guy at the drive through checkout was really nice though. Good hussle. Anyway I love this brand more than anybody but this building just needs more work on the work ethic and quality. Thanks for reading. Heres a sad picture of one of my chalupas.

There was a lot of mishaps but Justin (hope that’s how he spells it) was a great help. When the drink I wanted wasn’t in order he whipped up something that tastes almost like cotton candy. When asked and told of things going wrong he was very understanding and patient and made sure it was better than right. Great person!

Last 3 times coming to Taco Bell drive thru had to wait over 30 minutes to get my meal. One time they were out of literally everything to make a burrito or a taco and no sauce or soda available. That was absurd. At least the food is made as ordered and delicious that it keeps us coming back.
