If you love hospitality, above and beyond service with an entire crew of smiles, and the best drinks in town, then you'll love this Dutch Bro's! Drop by for your favorite drink! I grabbed two! Sugarfree, Extra Sweet Golden Eagle AND a Green Tea with Sugarfree Peach & Strawberry!!! PERFECTION! Travelin' with my brother from Boise Idaho to Everette Washington. We spent the night in Pendleton and were heading out early mornin' and happened across this lil piece of heaven with an entire crew of Angels ready to make our day!!! Not only did this staff have our drinks FAST but the sweet fella at the window totally hooked me up with some righteous Dutch Bro's stickers! Where I live there gone by 11:00a.m!!! This is the model crew! They jive together in perfect harmony both with each other AND especially with those they serve!!! If you love excellent service, Delightful Baristas, and a Crew that's made serving others into a fine Art, then this DUTCH BRO'S IS FOR YOU!!!   Walked up to the window looking at the menu then the worker comes to window just staring not asking if I’m ready or what I want just staring at me.. so I say hi and asked nicely if she’s ready to take my order yet she rolls her eyes looks at her coworker “see what I mean” but I brush it off. She then tells me “for reference you got to push this bell if nobody is out here” I just said okay but there’s no need for attitude. It’s hot out today but no need for attitude or rolling eyes at customers. So I finish my order we get our drinks she slams the window in our face. Not sure the workers name but it was just a rude experience I get it’s hot out today but you still need to treat customers nicely.

  I love Dutch! Just make sure your employees know the difference between their own drinks. I ordered a Snickerdoodle Carmel latte, and the person who helped me said it was now called the Scarecrow. After getting my drink, I realized it was an entirely different drink, not even close to the same thing.

  Order was wrong, 3 large drinks were ordered and we received 1 large and 2 mediums. I was charged for 3 larges. I asked for Boba stired in and it was on top. When I asked for it to be stired in. The girl argued that it was a "float" not a stired in. I said that I requested it to be stired in as it was difficult to stir in while driving. She continued to argue and rolled her eyes and reluctantly took the drink back. They refused to correct the size difference in our drinks. I will never return to this Dutch.
