- ABAshley BD2 days ago3.0This is the second time I ordered at chipotle. Last time at a different branch, the food was so spicy it was basically inedible for us. This time I ordered the least spicy options as recommended on Reddit and it was still too spicy to enjoy. The food had flavor, it just wasn’t suitable for children (which is the reason why we chose chipotle because of the big family meal). For those who enjoy spicy, it’s great. However, for our family, we will not order at chipotle again.

Dead-stare when I asked for a refund. Also when I asked for a replacement of some kind. All I got was, "Call the number on the website".

- NBNeki BrounJul 16, 20262.0EDIT: Still issues trying to contact a real person, but also, they were nearly 45 min late with my pickup order and was dishonest through the app so I was unable to get a refund/assistance My main issue is with just trying to get into contact with someone AT the restaurant. Every time i call its either an AI bot or someone who works remotely, then when i finally get to the right place, i get sent to voicemail
