  I sat in line after placing a mobile order for 20 minutes. If a sit down restaurant would have been better to make it even worse my food was cold

  They get my order right but the wait is like 5 minutes per car in the drive through. Wait time is usually over 15 minutes. Often times longer.

  Ordered 1 drink. Waited almost 15-20 minutes for a plastic cup. Several other people managed to order food, after me, get served after me, and it took 3 attempts of asking someone before i got my drink. Horrible place

  It's always very busy here, constant line of delivery drivers waiting inside. It doesn't seem to matter how we try it or how many workers are there, they always get your order wrong. I can't have anything but potatoes or chicken, and many times I have ordered a potato soft taco only to get a regular soft taco and not be able to eat it. It's kinda ridiculous at this point. Always go in or check your bag, you'll be waiting a while for help though.

  Service was nice. They were really nice to us and said have a good day and it was nice. Atmosphere? I don’t remember the atmosphere. But the food. THE FOOD. THE FOOD WAS AWFUL. After sleeping in a parking lot all night, we came early in the morning, really hungry and so excited for our exquisite dining experience and the food was so bad because there was hair all over it there was hair in every fry. It was so noticeable almost like they did it on purpose. We think all the employees put in a little because there was all hair textures and colors in there. But mostly curly and black. Don’t get why they would do this to us like if we came like a minute before the place closed it makes sense but we came in the morning and they’re getting paid I don’t get why our hash brown had hair in it and even the fries had hair in them and the sauce had a hair in it and the quesadilla did not have any hair in it, but that’s why I give you the star because the quesadilla had no hair i wish I could have done zero stars I would have done it if I could.
