  If I could give over 5 stars I would!! AMAZINGGGGGG FOOD. We got the new special of the vampire roll and it was by far our favorite thing. I have never been disappointed with this place I will continue to keep raving about this place

  My sister and I went here because of the great reviews, however, we must of came on an off-night. We ordered the salt and pepper shrimp and it definitely had salt. The oil used to deep fry it was old, you could taste the bitterness. The Orange chicken and katsu had the same bitterness. I think if we had the sushi it may have been a different story. I don't think this would be an experience we will experience again.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a wonderful experience at Ginza Sushi & Asian Fusion! From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Our server, Stanley, took great care of us and made sure we had everything we needed without making us feel rushed. The restaurant itself is beautiful. I really loved the atmosphere and all of the details throughout the space. The warm lighting, woodwork, hanging lights, beautiful bar, cherry blossoms, and décor make the restaurant feel inviting and special. You can tell a lot of thought and effort went into creating the space. Of course, the most important part is the food, and we really enjoyed everything we ordered. We tried the Martini Mix Poke, Saba Shioyaki K-Box, Ginza Roll, and Sun Rise Roll. Everything came out beautifully presented, fresh, and delicious. The portions were good, and I especially appreciated the attention to presentation. Even the simple details made the meal feel like an experience rather than just another lunch. Something else that stood out to me was the hospitality. The owner was very sweet and welcoming. She greeted us while we were there and made a point to say goodbye when we were leaving. As a fellow small business owner, I notice those little things. Taking the time to acknowledge your guests personally says a lot about how much you care about your restaurant and the people who support it. Great food can bring someone in once, but genuine hospitality is what makes people want to come back. We felt very welcomed here. Beautiful restaurant, delicious food, friendly staff, and a sweet owner who clearly cares about her guests and her business. We had a great experience and would absolutely come back. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  So far, love everything about this place--decor, ambience, wait staff, the food, and meeting the owners is nice too. Especially enjoy owner Ching, waiter Stanley and the lunch time Mon/Tues bartender, whose name escapes me at the moment. Ginza is the only Asian restaurant I have tried that actually chops and pre-cooks their own tofu instead of using tasteless, gargantuan slabs of puff or deep-fried tofu featured in other restaurants.

  We had a really great experience at Ginza Sushi in Oregon City. I ordered the Godzilla Roll and it was seriously amazing. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and came out just right. What really made the experience stand out, though, was our server, Stanley. He was honestly some of the best service I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without constantly hovering. You could tell he actually cared about making sure we had a good experience. It’s not often you come across that kind of service anymore, so it was really refreshing. Between the great food and the excellent service, we had a really enjoyable time. We’ll definitely be back, and hopefully we get Stanley again!
