    This is the most poorly designed Dutch Bros I've ever been to. There are multiple ways into the VERY short entrance and ZERO signs directing which is the correct way in. So we pulled up to one stop sign and noticed someone at the other sign, waited our turn and zipper merged into line. Next thing I know, the kid working there tells us the line starts somewhere completely different and UNMARKED and can I go to the back of the line?! No, I waited my turn behind the chaos of multiple entrances, I'm not now taking extra time to go to the back of the "line" because the businesses lack of signs. I would've still taken my order and informed me for future visits to use the other side. It was just the most absurd and rude encounter I've ever had at a Dutch Bros.

    I've been continuously going to this dutch Bros because I live in the area and I've been going to dutch for a long time now. Recently I've been getting served the same drink I always get and every time I feel like the quality has been getting worse. I get a 911 and this morning after leaving the drive thru to go to work I took a drink and it literally tasted like water for a drink that's supposed to have 6 shots of espresso I'm incredibly disappointed. On top of that my partner got a golden eagle with an extra shot and it taste bitter and as if there were no espresso shots added to the drink. To spend $15.00 on drinks and receive what we received is upsetting and discouraging.

    Sad face. First, a suggestion, bee traps to cut down on šŸs around the drive thru window. Despite asking for light šŸ§Š in two of our four drinks, only one had light šŸ§Š, and so much for extra, extra sweet šŸ‘. Overall, disappointing.

    Great drinks... but why do the people have to be so overly chatty? I must be a grumpy old man cus I find the excessive small talk downright obsequious.
