    I've been coming to this location of Dutch Bros for 6 years and I had no problems. But l think I need to try a new location because lately this location sucks! Recently I was asked to tip. And today I watched the person take orders from at least three people that were there after I was there. When I said something to the manager he said it gets busy that's why? Which makes me wonder if that's the issue why he as the on duty manager didn't send another person outside to take the orders! I think this is probably a sign to save my money!

    We have been a Dutch family for years. We even have family who work at a different location. This location has been my least favorite of the three in Oregon City for a long time. Today, I went here to get a kid’s smoothie for my child. We approached coming down Molalla, I saw that the lines were full and starting to block traffic on Molalla and pulled around to the drive through line that runs through the parking lot. I will point out YOU HAVE SIGNS OUT DIRECTING PEOPLE TO DO EXACTLY THIS. A BMW and another vehicle pulled into the line on Molalla after I had come to a stop in the line. The employees had no clue who was first. They asked us, and we indicated we were there before the BMW. They then went and took the BMW and another vehicles order before ours. The girl taking the order was pretty rude about it, basically telling us we were lying, but told us we were good to go. I assumed she comped the drink. But no, she took it out of our app balance and tipped herself without any kind of confirmation. Enraged, is an understatement. I just became your biggest detractor. It is my mission to tell as many people as I can about this experience, and tell them to avoid this location. I will not spend another dime here. This is bad enough to push me away from the entire brand. Especially given the little things our family who work for Dutch have had to deal with working there.

    Just left the drive through and I’m shocked by the way I spoken to by Aidan. She was extremely condescending when I asked to verify that the flavors being used were sugar free. As a t1 diabetic you can imagine that mistakes are easily made especially when adding numerous add ons to a coffee order. She also told me there was no way to order the banana bread cold Brew sugar free. Now, I’m no barista but I can guarantee any other location would have gotten real creative and made it happen. I frequent both 10th street and bottom of the hill locations often and only have the most exceptional service. Definitely won’t be back to this location.

    Top tier! Y'all the staff here are amazing! I had a mild heart attack thinking I lost my debit card but Haylee jumped in and made it for me on the house! You made my Sunday morning so good! 😘
