They still keeps talking and could find my order.

The staff allowed a single car to block the entire flow of traffic for a 10-minute chat session. They weren't even making drinks at one point—just leaning out the window talking. It got so backed up that a runner had to bypass the window entirely to get us our orders. If that one guy hadn't come outside to do his job AND the window person's job, I’d probably still be sitting there. Do better

The staff at the window was more interested in talking about Pokemon cards and vending machines than actually moving the line. The girl in front of me hadn't even ordered for the first 5 minutes because the staff was too busy 'vibing' with her. I shouldn't have to wait for a runner to bring my drink to my car window three spaces back just because the window person can't say 'have a nice day' and close the door. Unprofessional

I watched through my windshield as the girl in front just chatted away while the Broistas ignored the massive line behind her. They even tried to give her my drink because it had been sitting there so long! The only person working was the one guy who finally realized the disaster and walked outside to hand-deliver drinks to us. Management needs to train this crew
- LLLeeMar 27, 20261.0I went there twice and both times they messed up my order. The first time ,I ordered a pink flamingo and they got it confused with the unicorn blood. Second time I ordered there they made my drink a small when I said large ,they made it a large but it was too watery. Didn’t issue a refund or any points for either inconvenience. Definitely going to the other Dutch up the hill, only a 2 minute difference of driving.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
