    Their double blended drinks are almost never made right. They always make it so watery. This never happens at their Molalla st. location. Below is my drink remade after I had to ask for it to be remade since I was given the slushy version. As you can see it separated right away, but asking a 3rd time for your drink to be remade would be crazy.

    I used to love this Dutch Bros location and have always had great experiences here. Most of the staff are super friendly, nice, and quick, which is why I’ve continued coming back. Unfortunately, I recently had a really disappointing experience with Jayden. The way I was spoken to came across as extremely rude and condescending, and the entire interaction made me feel really unwelcome. It was especially disappointing because it was so different from the great service I normally receive. I really hope that this is addressed because it was honestly unacceptable.

    Ordered in the app with order due at 9:40. Walked up to window at 9:39 to let them know I was there. 20+ cars served in the drive thru while I waited until 9:54 for my drink with no real apology. Very disappointed, I’ll be getting coffee from any one of main streets other options from now on.

    Friendly service as always, coffee is always excellent. Drive up requires some extra maneuvering if your in a bigger truck, but no issue.
