  I usually don’t come here but as a truck driver I ended up here for something quick initially, the service was good and the people were friendly. But an immediate turnoff was the amount of flies zooming around And I can only imagine where those flies have been?

  It's too bad. I think it's the area, I could not get past the fly situation... And it's all up and down i80... I will say they really tried to clean and the young man working was very kind.

  Incredible service, super quick and professional. Brendan the young Guy working the register was very polite, caring and hospitable. Went above and beyond making sure our experience was the best it can be. Favorite Arby's location so far.

  Micaela, must be an asset to Arby’s in Ontario. She is professional and is very customer service oriented. She is efficient and gets the task done accurately.

  I recently visited Arby’s and had an amazing experience, all thanks to the outstanding customer service from Micaela. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Her positive attitude and genuine care made the visit truly enjoyable. The food was delicious as always, but Micaela’s exceptional service really stood out and made the whole experience five-star worthy. Highly recommend stopping by and asking for her!
