  erm! well, it's a Taco Bell! look I know they've been going downhill lately, shitty skimped on food aside, this particular joint is like. weird. every time I've come here something is up, they are often out of items or things aren't in working order, one of the staff is like really? odd??? idk if she's like a manager who takes her job wayyy to seriously for a Taco Bell or is just hrmmmm hrmmm I don't know! if you really want Taco Bell I suggest trying a different spot, this one is just odd.

  Ac in the lobby was off and the atmosphere was stuffy unpleasant. The register person didn't know English and every order that was placed they forgot something even on my order. And the chalupa bread was hard, it was not pleasant to eat. I ended up eating the insides of it and leaving the chalupa bread. Fix your AC and and don't screw up on orders and keep your food ingredients to the standards that you apply to yourself unless you value yourself as a stale hard chalupa bread. And if you built a patio, why didnt you put out patio tables and chairs for outside eating during nice weather?

  The only Taco Bell that forgets something ever single time. It's pretty impressive how bad this place is. Some of the worst customer services as well. I understand it is fast food but if you have such a poor attitude because you work at Taco Bell get a different job. From how many terrible reviews there are I can only assume not a single manager or the owner reads these.

  Very slow. Our visit today took more than 25 minutes from placing our order to getting our food - which was just 2 standard meals

  We placed our order via drive thru. It took about 4 minutes to have my $50 bill reviewed and approved while at the window. We were then requested to pull out front while they made our 2 Mexican Pizzas, 2 crunchy tacos, a Crunchwrap, 1 order of empanadas and cinnamon twists. We waited out front for about 9 minutes… which was far too long as they were not busy at 9pm. Food arrived and we drove about 1 mile to our home. They forgot to include the requested mild sauce packets and they forgot the cinnamon twists and the Mexican pizzas were missing the tomatoes. We should have gone across the street to King Torta.
