I had two horrific experiences with Tricia on 6/11/26, just before 6:00 p.m at the Pony village location, and today, 6/17/26, at the Empire location and everything is on video. On 6/11/26 I came into the Pony Village SUBWAYS and ordered a sandwich with an employee named Tricia. I asked her to please toast the bread open-faced before putting any ingredients, and she refused. I kindly asked her to please fix it, and she literally began yelling at me telling me I was being too much and rude, which she was literally projecting and gaslighting because the only one raising her voice and freaking out was her, 1,000%. I couldn't believe her reaction and how she tried to turn this on me all because she messed up my order. I have a lot of respect for the service industry, and I'm not the type who gives people a hard time, but I'm not going to allow someone to blatantly disrespect me either. I was speaking in a completely calm and respectful tone. I told her the only one being rude was her, and she sarcastically replied, "Yeah you're right," and then turned away. Her associate, Jeff (Pony Village ) immediately came out and was so sweet, very professional and made me the perfect sandwich. I was planning to call her supervisor and report her, but I decided against it at that point, as I thought she was just having a bad day and didn't want to add to it. Mind you, my dog of 19 years was hit by a car and killed that morning, but I'm wasn't about to take out my horrific day on others. It's all on video. I'm now writing this negative review a few days later (June 17) because I had another incident with Tricia, but at the Empire location. I would have never shown up at this location if I knew she was working here since I was already decided to avoid going to Pony village because of tricia. When I walked in today, she was alone, and I wasn't too sure it was her. I arrived about 10 minutes till closing, not knowing they were closing at 9:00 and I gave her the option to not take my order as I was being considerate and did not want to have her dirty the area she had already cleaned in preparation for closing. I even asked several times if she was sure it was okay, and that I wouldn't feel any kind of way if she said NO, but insisted it would not be a problem. Obviously it was a huge problem for her and what happened today was just a continuation of June 11th at Pony Village, except way worse because this time she was alone and had no one to hold her accountable. I told her I wanted two 6 ft long sandwiches for $3.99, a BLT and a ham and salami sandwich. I asked her if I would be able to add turkey to my BLT for a little bit more and still order the special for $3.99. She casually said "Yes" and I would only have a small upcharge for the added turkey. Instead, she ended up charging me a different way, which made the sandwich cost three times more than the agreed amount. She charged me without asking me or letting me know. Unfortunately, I didn't notice until I saw the receipt and when I asked her to please fix it, she began yelling at me from the top of her lungs, freaking out just the way she did on June 11th at Pony Village. And mind you, I was super nice and respectful the entire time up until the very end when she literally kicked me out instead of trying to help me with her mistake. This girl is not emotionally equipped to provide any kind of decent customer service to anyone because if you ask her to do anything then just the bare minimum, she will literally tear you a new one. Her behavior was absolutely unacceptable and appalling!!!

Place appeared clean, people were semi-friendly, rushed so much my food was a mess. Don't ask for anything like extra onions! They're sorry, but they're only allowed to add so much. I think this is a subway issue rather than this one store. Why so stingy, Subway, is an onion gonna break you? Look out if ANY other sandwich shop comes to town
