  Ordered online ahead of time as we were headed home from camping with a truck & trailer. Obviously, this drive thru is very small & can not accommodate a truck & trailer. We park on a side street, I walk up to grab our drinks that were stated in the app as ready, only to be told by an employee that there is no pick up window or pick up option, that I must wait in line, on foot, behind several cars on foot to receive my already done drinks that have already been paid for. I waited for over 15 mins & when I received our 3 drinks, the freezes were no longer freezes but melted & our kiddos hot chocolate not hot or even warm & all the whipped cream melted/gone from sitting so long. So after my drinks sat for 20+ mins, even while I was there they refused to hand me the 3 drinks because I needed to wait in line for over 9 cars before any of the 5+ employees to literally just hand me 3 already made & finished melting drinks just sitting there. A young man even came up to me with his order tablet & I told him I already had an online order ready & paid for... he said, "Oh ok, let me check on that for you." A few mins later, I see him out of uniform & leaving the parking lot entirely. He couldn't have been bothered to hand me the drinks I just asked for as well. I understand waiting in line for your turn, but what is the point of ordering ahead of time(which also means it's already paid for) if they refuse to set up a pick up station/area or have someone designated, any of the 5-6 people working to just hand out already made, sitting, melting drinks? Do better Dutch Bros North Bend. We won't be returning to this location. This specific stand loses a lot of potential busines, specifically because they refuse to accommodate larger vehicles, trucks, trailers, etc. even if ordering ahead... if you manage or own this stand, you should seriously think about making some positive changes to benefit anyone who can't just drive through. Yes, it's just coffee, but if I spend my $ on coffee, I at least want it fresh & not melted/sitting on a counter for 20+ mins before I receive it.

  I stopped by here expecting a quick morning caffeine fix, but the experience was a total letdown. The line was incredibly long and moved at a snail's pace, and when I finally got to the window, my order was completely wrong. To top it off, the drink I ended up with tasted watery and wasn't even hot. I won't be coming back here again.

  It is so lovely you can make your drink from the scratch. When it is given to you it is at the temperature you like. If you do not define the temperature on the app, it comes warm but not super hot that you can't drink it. The coffee is delicious, likewise the espresso. No matter how you want them to create it, it always come out delicious. The staff are energetic and very helpful. Good job, guys!

  Barley any flavor in my green tea kinda disappointed I expect more out of a Dutch Brothers.
