    I’ve come into this location quite a lot over the last year. Overall it’s been a decent experience and quality. However the last few weekends the quality of food and service has dropped significantly. Honestly one more bad experience and I probably won’t be coming in anymore. Waiting 20 minutes for an order I made 5-10minuets before I walk in isn’t really acceptable especially when theres only a couple of customers. But I’ll watch car after car pull in order and get their food before they even start making mine…. Edit: lost half my lunch break to waiting 20minuets for 3 regular tacos to be made. Not really sure I’ll ever go back, genuinely would rather have not eaten than lost so much of my time . 2nd edit: So they couldn’t even be bothered to put cheese on two of my tacos….

    Waited in line for 35 minutes just for my food to be made incorrectly. I had an online order and both of my only two items were made wrong. When I went inside to get it fixed, it took another 15 minutes to get my food, and once again, it was made wrong a second time. Had to wait again for a third set of food. All I asked was for no pico on one and beans instead of beef on one. When they remade the chicken ranch fries the first time they put STEAK on it. Do they have no idea how to make things on their own menu? Can they not read a screen? Won’t be coming back and the manager and crew on shift on Monday May 11 at 12:30 pm should be retrained and written up for the service me and dozens of other people received.

    This place is definitely not recommended took me 47min to get thru the drive thru and there was no way to get out once your in it your stuck for the ride called to ask if there is a car broken down in the drive thru I was just confused the hold up and dude just hung up on my face

    I had a really disappointing experience ordering from Taco Bell through DoorDash. I ordered a Cantina chicken duo that was supposed to include a hard taco, but the taco was missing from my order. When I called the restaurant, the first employee I spoke to was extremely rude. He immediately blamed DoorDash and refused to help, even though the restaurant is responsible for preparing and packing the food. When I tried to explain, he cut me off and said, “I told you what to do,” and then hung up on me. Completely unprofessional. I then contacted DoorDash, but they denied my request—even though I wasn’t asking for a refund, just the missing item. I called the restaurant again and spoke to a different employee who was much more helpful and told me it would be no problem for my boyfriend to come through the drive-thru to pick up the missing taco. However, when my boyfriend got there, he was told (by what I assume was the same rude employee) that they wouldn’t give him the item and that we had to go through DoorDash after all. At that point, we were just going in circles. Instead of taking what would have taken two minutes to fix the mistake they instead chose rude service, inconsistent information, and no resolution. Very frustrating experience.

    May 1st 2026 10:15pm Went through the drive through,...so slow.....waited almost 30 minutes just to order,our order was missing half the items. The "manager " came to the window and proceeded to argue with us about missing items. After trying to hand him our recite,he said "sorry im the only one making food,not trying to argue, just telling you what you order "! Took 4 trying to get the food we paid for,and it was not worth the $40+ we paid. This location is a joke! The manager on shift was a joke. Don't recommend!
