Avid Dutch bros goer here and we pulled into the drive thru with 3 cars in front of us. We ordered 2 drinks and a cake pop. Waited a total of 35 mins in the drive thru. There was no “we apologize for the wait or anything”. Our order was not even started by the time we got to the window. The lady at the window seemed to be maybe training. When the line of cars is out in the street blocking traffic, and the other side we watched 10 cars go thru- you need to move your staff around that can manage a busy flow. Definitely not pleased with our wait time today. In addition- the barista at our side of the window does not uphold the level of enthusiasm that Dutch bros holds. Absolutely no urgency or conversation at the window.

They have to remake my drink like 3 times. Everyone looks miserable. I am yelled at by a random truck driver. I am NOT happy.

The server was very rude. I had $.85 in change coming . The red headed girl server asked if I wanted the change back. I said yes please. She was not happy about not getting it as a tip. The whole crew was also not working well together. Bad flow, annoyed. The drink was good & satisfying. I live local and thought I would try DB again. Not happy with the way I was treated.
