Pulled into the drive-thru just to watch the person ahead of me drum their fingers on the side of the car for 5 minutes while nothing happened. Maybe the manager hasn't made it obvious that the entire staff isn't supposed to go on a smoke break at the same time and just leave customers waiting for no reason. It's fast food. Not that hard people. You keep the line moving, that's the whole point.

They completely messed up my moms order she wanted 6 chicken chalupas and 6 of the tacos and they guy at the window Who helped her talked Spanish And instead of helping her, he screwed her over Until he gave her three and three The Chalupa‘s were beef and she wanted chicken And she wanted 6 and she only got 3 also got 3 tacos Which they were broken when I ate them because when I first opened them, the shell was already broken, and the lettuce fell On my knees as I was eating!! And they also charge her for a water Which is she never got and it’s not the first time We get missing items Last time I went, I ordered a fiesta potato and they didn’t put it in there and I actually have a picture of the sticker on the bag of the six items and then that one item she didn’t get And they charged her for it like everytime we go here they either one forget an item or two they screw up our order and they put whatever they want Our order

For the first time, I ordered a bean burrito fresco Style with rice, it actually came with enough to eat and overflow!
Everywhere else seems to feel them part way or you wonder why you're paying extra for the rice When you get 2 tbsp!

Like everything else the cost has risen exponentially, however, quality has not.

Because money is tight, I have been picking up shifts in the area as a door dash driver. The employees have seen me on several occasions picking up orders, to deliver them. I stopped by to just ask for a cup of tap water in-between orders, and was charged $3.20 for a cup of tap water. The recipt clearly states that I was charged for a fountain drink (Pepsi, so on). I asked why I was charged for water, and explained that I have been doing deliveries, to where I was met with a cold "We always charge for water here." I have never been charged before. Especially seeing that I am one of the people helping to support their wages by delivering online orders.
Not trying to be a Karen, but very disappointed by this experience, especially being a college student who is door dashing for extra money to help meet bills.
