  Because money is tight, I have been picking up shifts in the area as a door dash driver. The employees have seen me on several occasions picking up orders, to deliver them. I stopped by to just ask for a cup of tap water in-between orders, and was charged $3.20 for a cup of tap water. The recipt clearly states that I was charged for a fountain drink (Pepsi, so on). I asked why I was charged for water, and explained that I have been doing deliveries, to where I was met with a cold "We always charge for water here." I have never been charged before. Especially seeing that I am one of the people helping to support their wages by delivering online orders. Not trying to be a Karen, but very disappointed by this experience, especially being a college student who is door dashing for extra money to help meet bills.

  I have came to this TacoBell for 10+ years and **NEVER** have I had an experience like this. While ordering, the lady was disrespectful and very rushing. I was asking someone in the car what they wanted, and since I was talking, she told me the total and to pull forward even though I wasn’t finished ordering, althought before that she told us to “Hurry up” over the microphone. While ordering, her responses to what I was saying were just “Ok.” “Anything else.” “What else” “Repeat that”. Absolutely unacceptable for customer service. We pulled up to the window, and were immediated greeted with disrespect. The woman, Rubi H (as stated on my receipt) was mean mugging me the entire interaction. I was paying with Apple Pay and she rudely told me to tap my phone again because quote, “Their system is shit”. I was shocked. I asked for a copy of the receipt, and she didnt give it to me immediately, which is okay. It’s not okay when she told me the receipt was on top of the bag, and rolled her eyes as saying it, almost as if it took all her energy to give me a copynof my receipt. She hands me my food, and mutters under her breath, thinking we wouldnt hear it, saying “Okay now go away.”. I WISH I WAS JOKING. The unprofessionalism displayed by Rubi is unacceptable, and that is the exact OPPOSITE of how someone working in a public service area, such as fast food, treats the general public. I will return to this location, but genuinely I am utterly shocked by this experience, especially because I was nothing but nice, even when treated like this.

  Its alright, Standard taco bell, some of the price options are higher then other locations but its a taco bell, what else can you ask for. I have rarely had my order messed up, only complaint is most items that have sauces are very lacking in the quantity provided.

  How does this even happen? On top of always “forgetting” the cinnamon twists. Charging too much for this shit.
