  This McDonald’s has seriously been downgraded and degraded over the years. The customer service is pathetic and they can’t get an order right when they’re charging exponentially way more, it’s pathetic! I am so sick of this fast food service. They can’t take an order for crap.

  Food was good by McDonald's standards, they no longer have anyone at the counter. So all ordering is by kiosk, and forget about trying go get ketchup packets (theres no one at the counter to hand them out). Also for some reason at 10am on a Saturday they were only serving to-go orders.

  Super dirty when me.and my family came in the lady gave me a towel and napkins this McDonald's is gross trashes were full owners really need to look into this I was there at 8:25pm to 8:30 mabey the owners should look on the cameras every once in awhile date is 4/17/2026

  Food quality is good, typical of any mcdonalds. However, today is the second day in a row they are "unable" to make a blended beverage. Yesterday, around 3pm, they "weren't able" to make a caramel frapp. Today, roughly the same time, we ordered a smoothie with a meal through the app ahead of time. At pick up, they said they were "unable" to make the strawberry banana smooth we paid extra for in advance. We asked for a refund of the difference and were told "there's nothing we can do about that". We had to go inside and ask for the manager to get the difference refunded. I hope the franchisee sees that they have a shift lead or manager who isnt running their machines.
