  Just what you expect at tacobell but at this one I don't have to check my food every time they pretty much always get it right.

  I mobile ordered. I was running late and expected to grab and go. Unfortunately that was not the case and I sat in drive through for 15 minutes waiting for my order while watching the production line make a door dash a priority. I was told by an employee that told me his name was "Rudy" that there were other orders ahead of mine and that mobile ordering didnt put my order ahead of others, that they had other orders to fill first. Buyer beware. Don't bother with mobile ordering, putting you credit/debit card out there for no advantage. I appreciate the food is fresh but would assume that a mobile order would Trump door dash.

  What a absolute garbage dump. Staff os terrible. Manager even worse. We ordered 35 bucks worth of food. 7 items. Wrong. Sour cream when it shouldn't be, lettuce when it shouldn't be. 8 chips in bag is apparently what is acceptable for a chips and cheese nachos. Tomatoes when the item dosnet even come with them. Messed up on more the 3/4 if the order. Like what's the point of even using the app if not one single person is going to look at the order. O and they cant do a refund because we orderd on the app. Completely unacceptable. We got the food from you! You didnt make it right. We wont be back. This place has went from not good to terrible. Don't waste your time here. Goto the Gladstone one much better service and they actually make it correctly.

  Taco Bell get your act together. No order outside of kiosk. Took for ever to order and longer to get food.
