  Literally asked for a little extra chicken, the girl seriously put two tiny pieces of chicken on the scoop and said here you go! Yea no thanks, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

  I am a caregiver and this review is for Zuleima, who provided patient and highly hospitable service to my client with support needs in receptive and expressive communication. When faced with a customer interaction / situation that is more uncommon and not as seamless as others, she maintained a friendly attitude toward me and my client and allowed them to take the time they needed to independently place their order. This gave them a sense of reassurance and happiness as they enjoyed their meal. Thank you so much.

  so I'm a driver and I delivered from this store. I delivered a two bag order, one was a regular bag the other was a bag that I have seen them put chips in only. They had put large heavy items in this bag and buy the time I delivered this to the customer who was with his family at the park. I took the bags out of my insulated bag and the bag was visibly dripping and all the contents fell out on the ground. the man was retrieving all the food items on the ground when he noticed it also didn't include utensils. I have also eaten at this location and felt horrible afterward. Every time I come to this store there is food everywhere. This location is gross and unprofessional.

  It’s as if someone wrote a handbook on how to run the least efficient fast casual restaurant, and the manager of this Chipotle enforces that philosophy. While we stood as part of a line to the door, only a single member of the staff worked the line while 4 others manned the drive thru for a single car. In perhaps the most shocking sight, another employee stood back to the wide, frying chips though there was already a clear surplus available, only to wrap that up and then become a 5th, and entirely worthless, member of the drive thru prep. Block out 20 minutes for what should take 5.

  Unfortunately, we have had issues at this Chipotle location on multiple occasions.The food lacks consistency and the service isn't great. My husband went to pick some lunch up today and it appeared that there were only a few people working. The one person who was supposed to be taking his order was very slowly wiping the counter and not being attentive that a customer was present. When he finally finished wiping the counter he began to take our orders. We wanted a couple of bowls, they weren't even complicated and even had all the same ingredients on both. My husband asked for pico and corn on both orders. The employee proceeded to put pico on one and corn on the other, my husband watched him do it. My husband figured that maybe he just misheard him, so he kindly asked if the employee could put pico and corn on both.They then proceeded to lie directly to my husband's face and said "there is pico and corn on both". My husband was very frustrated to say the least. It also took nearly 30 minutes to get 2 bowls. I hope that some employee training comes out of this review. If the employee can't be attentive or kind to guests, then maybe their position needs to be refilled.
