  They closed the ENTIRE LOBBY because of a lunch break for one or two employees.. told someone if they wanted to order they need to do it on mobile 😅

  Came here at 10:00pm sharp (They close at 11) I was left standing for about five minutes no greeting, one kid was cleaning the well and never even looked at me the rest of the team had AirPods in and were cleaning the kitchen. Terrible experience. I didn’t even order I just left and still no one said anything. Yikes

  We visited this Chipotle on a weekday at around 3-4 in the afternoon last week. Although we saw a steady stream of employees walking through the cooking and food prep areas, there was only one person actually putting together orders. Maybe a shift change? In any case, a staffing approach which would ensure that the food prep line is always fully staffed would be a better arrangement. As it was we waited 12 minutes for the lone worker to get to our order. And we were first in line! I felt bad for the folks queing behind us.

  Very poor customer service and management response. A manager who identified herself as Reagan/Raegan did not handle our complaint professionally. After my family and I were ignored, stared at, and then apparently laughed at/gestured toward by employees as we left, I returned to ask for the proper complaint process. Instead of calmly providing that process, the manager attempted to reframe a valid customer complaint as me being “aggressive” or making her uncomfortable. That was not accurate. I was asking how to formally report the employee behavior. I was also told there was a phone number on the card provided, but there was no phone number on the card. The email address printed on the card appeared to be malformed and non-working. This location needs serious review by corporate. Customers should be greeted, treated respectfully, and given a real complaint process when something goes wrong.

  This location needs improvement. The cleanliness is lacking, starting with the front entrance and continuing inside. The restaurant did not appear well-maintained. In addition, the staff came across as unfriendly and uninterested in helping customers. The overall atmosphere felt negative, and it seemed like employees were frustrated to be there. Customer service and cleanliness are important, and unfortunately this location fell short in both areas.
