  Placed an online order to pick up in the drive thru. Once we got up to the intercom we got the normal happy “wanna try our seasonal” ect. As soon as we told the gal we had an online order he tone immediately changed to a more annoyed tone in her voice. Got to the window, no hello no confirmation on the order. Just handed the food and was told to have a good day. Started unloading the food after getting back on the highway and realized NOTHING but the milkshake in our order was correct. I tried my burger and the meat was so flippin dry. Thanks. 40 bucks on that order and yall only got the milkshake correct. WOW JUST WOW. It wasn’t even that busy either. Going to Wendy’s because my 6 y/o is still hungry.

  Good local favorites alongside the basic burgers, fries, and actual chicken tenders from a typical "fast food" restaurant. Today was Walla Walla season and they, like Shake Shack, were featuring a mustard cooked grilled onion burger. Nice seasonal alongside the giant Walla Walla onion rings. Quick drive thru service the is afternoon.

  Food is great, no complaints there. My experience was poor due to the young ladies' attitude. They didn't help me and instead gave looks as if I were the problem. A simple acknowledgment of the wait and an apology would have let us move on, but the stares and lack of professionalism prompted this review. After saying "hello!" on the intercom, a Gen Z girl asked me to wait a second, I waited five minutes until someone finally checked if I'd been helped. At the second window, another young woman just gave blank stares. I did not like the service from the young staff at this location. However the young gentleman was helpful when he did check on me and took my order. Thank you. It's much better with the mature employees.

  They will bring your food but forget about your ice cream order entirely as you watch them bring ice cream out for other families. Them gave me attitude when they did deliver it like it was my fault. Awful.

  We stopped here for fish sandwiches and a cheese burger, Burgerville used to have the best fish sandwich available, that ship has sailed. It turns out they switched to what they call "Black Cod" and well, it's not fit to feed to your cat, it smells bad and tastes even worse. One bite of one fish sandwich and we had to just toss it. $8 and change for the worst fish sandwich I've ever tried to eat. The cheese burger was good but at $4.50 they can keep it as well. It also bothered me that when I went to pay, the guy at the drive through window shoved the card machine out the window at me because I suspect he wanted a tip as I didn't even have to enter a pin, I just skipped the tip question and it went through as a credit card. A tip to order at the drive thu is over the top especially with the lack of enthusiasm these employees seem to have. I've only ever eaten at Burgerville sparingly over the yeas as the place is so expensive, was good but expensive, I will never return to another Burgerville ever again. what happened to this company.
