- LNLogan NielsonAug 14, 20261.0Went in Tuesday around noon with my 2 year old and a worker named Michelle proceeded to grab onto my cart as my child was strapped in and I was putting groceries in my car and ATTEMPTED TO PULL MY KID AWAY!!! There were rows of unused carts at the front of the store but she felt so deeply about the one I was using she would not listen to me loudly/clearly explain I was not done and she was making me and my child extremely uncomfortable. She then doubled down and gripped the cart tighter telling me she was not going to wait. I have called the store multiple times with no answer and have tried to contact the higher ups with no luck. considering it’s the only grocery store in town I would assume they would care about how their workers treat the customers but clearly that it’s not a priority.

The tall male manager Rob I think is his name is, is very unprofessional and a jerk. I've been calling all day since 8am it's now 4pm and no one will answer the phone? Every time I try to use the bottle drop it's stuffed full and I can't drop my bags off. I've asked about it several times only to be barked at by the manager saying when he has staff to deal with the bottle drop he'll deal with it then? I seen so many cars drive off with full bags of recycling they attempted to drop but couldn't including myself.
