Don’t go to this DQ. Always out of ice cream or the machines not working. Your best bet is to drive to Walla Walla and get it. The food isn’t even worth it also. Corporate definitely needs to go and see why the Dairy Queen is failing. Never have I ever been to Dairy Queen with disrespectful employees and managers. I understand that things happen BUT them not having their ice cream machine working or not having main items seems suspicious to me. Seems like some employees don’t want to work.

I don't think they like working, i.e. doing their jobs. How can they be out of everything? Chicken strips? "No we're out", is the answer over the speaker, because they closed the dining room an hour early, only drive through open at 8:12 p.m.

Tonight I used the mobile app to make an order which was a meal deal chickenstrip basket with drink fries and a small blizzard I also got a 4 piece chicken stop basket w fries and a chocolate malt. The food was nice and hot bit totally missing the gravy with both items and even though the malt was good it didn't have hardly or any chocolate at all tasted like a vanilla malt. But all in all good but what makes me mad is I really get the chicken strips for the gravy it makes them unique and good. The young man at the drive thru I could see was in his phone before I pulled up. Barely said a word I asked him glfor drink carrier straight away he did it so no complaint there. But even though I had told him at speaker I was a mobile order I had to tell him again as he tried to charge me. Then he didn't bother to tell me at all there was no gravy or offer me an alternative. I got home noticed no gravy so I drive all the way back and I go inside he says oh yeah we are out of gravy. I was like but you didn't bother to tell me at the drive thru? How about Ranvlch I say after he names all but that in telling me what they had oh sorry we are put of ranch too I was like wow I privably would have canceled my order as I don't like anything else but please just throw some sauces in the bag please I'll try em. I was not happy and his personality was the I don't give a crap attitude. I told the two guts working in frint that they needed to learn customer service because this was not good customer service I didn't bother mentioning the malt it's fine just not chocolate. It seems this is alot of places these days. I'd be willing to come I er and teach them I've got years of experience. It's not even that hard. Please teach these youngins to do better. Lol I'm 49 I can't believe I'm saying that but it's true!
