  Dude. I love Wingstop but this experience was enough for me to rethink that. Luckily I decided to eat my takeout order there because they completely missed saucing my Mild wings. Wasn’t even just “lightly” sauced, it had none at all! Garlic parm was barely dusted with parm… tasted like oily bland chicken. Chicken was crispy and not dry, though. So they have that going for them. And the dude hooked me up with veggies for my combo with fries.

  Have ordered at least 4 times. "Original hot" wings are never covered in sauce. Other locations have always been swimming in sauce. Basically have to order a cup of sauce on the side to make them myself. Incredibly disappointing considering the cost.

  So me and my girlfriend decided to try wingstop, we have never had it before and the reviews scared us but we decided to just try it. We got lemon pepper wings and fry's. All though the taste wasn’t terrible it wasn't worth the price. It’s now the next morning and My girlfriend and me woke up with terrible stomach pain and we don’t feel good at all. Im assuming some type of food poisoning? Daves hot chicken is 10x better and ab the same pricing id save your money and just go there. I personally am not eating this again!

  My food was hot and correct. But I've been noticing with the newer stores opening the quality of the chicken wings coated has gone down. I've eaten wing stop in Vegas it's super yummy and I always make sure I stop there when visiting. I was super happy to see one in Vacaville, Capitola, San jose area and Medford but, it's not been very good for the coatings of the wings and one wing stop didn't understand or speak English frustrated. So, one has opened up in Grant's pass. Trying that place is my last attempt to be my go to place for wings. I hope it's good if not I guess I'll be waiting to visit vegas to eat at the one that has always been good. Shout out to the Rainbow and Spring Mt store in Vegas.

  This was one of the most frustrating restaurant experiences I've had. I placed my order at 6:00 PM and expected it to be ready by 8:30 PM. When I arrived around 8:00 PM, I was told it would be another 2 hours because DoorDash orders were taking priority. To make matters worse, an employee assured me that if I waited inside, my order would be prioritized. There were only four customers waiting, yet staff continued sending out DoorDash orders while ignoring those of us in the restaurant. The lack of organization and communication was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, when I finally received my food, the quality did not make up for the wait. All of the boneless chicken was hard, overcooked, and extremely salty, making it difficult to enjoy. After waiting so long and being repeatedly told my order would be prioritized, receiving food of that quality was even more disappointing. I won't be returning until there are significant improvements in staffing, training, and overall order management.
