    Always give any place a second chance.... I did and was still disappointed. Garlic Parm wings, little to no flavor. Boneless wings were overcooked. You can simply open the door, not even inside and you're accosted (verbally) by the front counter person, literally yelling at you if you're picking up or ordering. Still no hair nets on, gloves being used. I hope Corporate sees this. I could help your kitchen.

    it’s ridiculous how often they mess up and then you make a complaint and they never get back to you? My boyfriend and I ordered twice last week we ordered and they only gave him 6 wings and didn’t even half the order when he ordered 8 classic wings half and half. Then tonight we ordered 8 classic wings and 8 boneless and they made them all boneless and split it in forths which is ridiculous and I know they did it on purpose bc there’s 8 different people in the kitchen doing different tasks. I have boneless wings because I’m autistic he’s paying extra for classic give him the damn class yall too expensive to not do the orders right. Don’t waste your time or money

    Made an online order which I still had to wait about 20-30 minutes in the store for. The staff was polite, but was very disorganized. There were a lot of people waiting in the lobby for their food, and several people walked out instead of ordering/receiving their food. Now, onto the food itself. It was very salty, and did not have much flavor outside of that. And honestly, the price is pretty high for wings that are frozen prior to being fried at the restaurant. Overall, I think the restaurant has promise, but they need to get organized and be more efficient.

    This location has had many issues since it opened up. It seems like management was not prepared to open the store and did not have the logistics set up prior to opening. During the first couple of weeks this location often ran out of various menu items well before closing. I had placed an online order which was given to me missing items I ordered and with inadequate sauce on the wings. Throughout multiple orders the wait times have been over 2 hours. The staff are pleasant, but it's obvious the kitchen is chaotic. My most recent order was wildly wrong when handed to me twice after an hour long wait post pick up time. I do not recommend visiting this location until they fix the glaring issues that I have seen and others have commented on in their reviews.

    I was thrilled when this location opened because I love their wings. Unfortunately I've already had four disappointing experiences. During opening weekend, I placed an online order. When I arrived, it wasn't ready despite the app showing it was. I waited over an hour, and the food wasn't even hot. The manager said the app wasn't working and seemed overwhelmed and mentioned they didn't feel the restaurant was ready to open yet. On my second visit around 6:00 PM, they were already out of wings. On my third attempt, I tried calling in an order. The phone rang for about 10 minutes with no answer. The automated message directed me to order online, but online ordering was unavailable. Today, I placed another online order. The app showed it was ready for pickup, when we arrived, we were informed they didn't have the flavor I ordered! What a disappointment. I really wanted to support this business, and after four poor experiences, not sure if I'll trust them again, it's been very frustrating.
