Doesn’t include the decorations and food and everything I bought to prepare for a great 1st memorable birthday it was ruined I didn’t get the pictures I had paid for a photographer for with his cake and all his decorations because his cake said something completely different then the decorations and then they only would refund half the price and it wasn’t even half ! I got $28 back from a $60 cake that ruined my son’s birthday I had planned. I usually always get my cakes here and I will NEVER BUY A CAKE HERE AGAIN. Very disappointed. I would never recommend custom ordering a cake here again.

Their prices are ridiculous and there is not a huge quantity of things to choose from. I've noticed that they now carry one or two brands and force you to choose between their brand or another brand and that's it. It's very disappointing and I'm starting to not want to go there at all anymore.
