An hour later, it still hadn’t showed up. I decided to call, and they said they couldn’t find my room because we entered the room number backwards. They said they called me to inform me, but they never did. They also claimed they informed the front desk clerk, but she is a close friend of mine and never spoke to anyone. They said they would remake the pizza and send it out again. An hour later, two hours since my order, still no pizza. I called again, gave my name, and they said “oh so you’re the order I heard them talking about.” Never professional to say. They informed me they never made a second pizza because they had problems charging my card again. I never received a refund, or a pizza! I shouldn’t need to be charged twice. Then he argued with me about the room number, blaming me, but as I looked at my confirmation email, everything was actually entered correctly. He was extremely rude, and then eventually sent out my pizza for a third time. THREE HOURS LATER, I got it with no apology or anything. Extremely disappointing.
