  For the price you pay, you expect better portions and better quality!!! The food I got was a huge let down. I can make better avocado toast at home for a fraction of the price they charged!!

  The Panera Bread chain is one of my favorites. Unfortunately the Medford location the worst. Arrived at 07:30pm when it closes at 9pm. Floor was covered in trash and food. Bathrooms and tables were too dirty to eat so we ordered to go. They food we wanted was out of stock so we ordered the spicy steak Asiago bagel. They did not have the bagel, it was out and they let us order it anyway. When I was asked what to substitute it with I said go ahead and choose what you think would be best and I was met with disapproval. The person asking went back and complained to the sandwich maker, “HE SAID JUST CHOOSE WHATEVER”. The “cook” rolled his eyes took a deep sigh and looked at the ceiling like his life was ending. I thought not being picky and not asking for a refund after being sold something that they don’t have was me being reasonable. Lo and behold the sandwhich depicted in the picture. Wouldn’t pay $3 dollars for this. 1/5

  I went in last night and had a "You pick two" I ordered soup and salad. My salad came with no salad dressing on it and it looked like they didn't finish making the salad as it was missing toppings. I also ordered soup, when I got back to my table from picking it up, I had to go back to get a spoon, and then later for salad dressing. The worst part was the guy behind the counter was the "lead" or manager in charge, he just was not doing his job. He clearly did not look at the food he handed me. Part of the issue is that there is a "girl" in there that likes to hear herself. So she talks with a loud voice and about everything and anything. If no one is listening, she just talks anyway. She needs to do her job a little more and not distract the other employees. They might have been able to complete my salad if she had. But I should have known when the parking lot was empty when I pulled in at 7:15 that I should have gone somewhere else. Live and learn. Will not ever go back - The quality of Panera has gone way down, and they charge too much money for tasteless food. After reading the rest of the reviews, I guess this is normal for this place, I cannot even call it a restaurant as that would imply good food and customer service. This is a self service establishment, you even have to take your own order, and then they want tips too.

  I’ve been to different Panera Breads in different states and this one in Medford Oregon has the best customer service. Noah had taken my order and he was very attentive kind and helpful. Thanks Noah for your patience with our decision on taking our order and being kind.
