  Went to pick up my mobile order Nov 1st around 9pm the lady at the window tried to charge me an additional 10.99$ after arguing for a bit no one was left in front of me at the drive thru so I left without my order that I paid for in cashapp 21.88$ gone. I won't be back.

  I work in that same square of businesses, so once a week on my Friday I’ll go here to get something, and never once have they got my order correct, I’ve been about five times in the last few months, and every time I end up having to go inside because they messed it up, the employees are incredibly rude, I had one open the drive thru window once while listening to vulgar music and cussing along with it the whole time, there is a manager Josh or something who was especially rude last night. Never once has an experience been good let alone average, all negative. Took me 20+ minutes to get a MCDONALDS burger last night

  Placed a mobile order for this store. Picked it up in the drive through. Brought it back home, completely missing a 10 piece nugget that I ordered. In fact, the 2 bbq sauces were in the bag, and one lone nugget was in the bag. No box, not 10 nuggets. Just 1 single nugget was in my bag. This is not the first time this location has messed up a mobile order of mine and I’ve had it with ordering here. I will not be coming back if they are going to keep messing up orders or not including whole items in my order. EDIT: I did submit a survey through the link you provided and haven’t heard from the store at all. Just mess up someone’s order and then don’t try to make it right. Joke of a business
