  Placed an order for a 20 piece nugget, 2 medium fries, 2 mcdoubles, and 2 small fries. Watched all my food sit in the bag on the cold counter for almost 15 minutes and got the old fries before they dumped fresh ones. Came back and Steven was helpful and understanding, and what i assume is the manager on duty at the moment wearing the tie and glasses told one of the workers on the line that "all the nuggets were made fresh the last hour so thats not true". Make sure your not in earshot of customers. Definitely will never return. Bottom line my food may have been fresh if i was handed to it when it was actually done.

  Served old grease, cold food..Made me sick..literally. Felt sick for hours after eating it and then vomited it up. Staff was nice but food is gross. Called for a refund and no one answered..OLD GREASE..cold chicken!

  To start, I travel for work and I go to a lot of McDonald’s all over the place. Your store on crater lake is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. I visited around 945 am on 5/13/26. I went in the drive thru as I always do, the girl in the speaker greeted me and as I started to reply she continued to talk over me and wouldn’t let me speak. As I said I’m a regular at McDonald’s and I had a reward for a free sausage biscuit, so instead of competing with her to be heard I started to look for my code in my app. Then she said “HELLLLO?”. I replied yes I’m here- she started talking over me again “WELL IF YOU DONT SAY ANYTHING I DONT KNOW IF YOURE THERE”. I was shocked that she could have such a bad attitude with me when the reality was I was already trying to speak and she was talking over me. So I told her “everytime I try to talk you cut me off, but I am ready and I have a code” she replied “OH JUST A MOMENT IM NOT READY”. Again I was shocked as she was just yelling at me as if she was ready. But I told her never mind I’ll come inside. When I went inside and tried to tell the general manager about it he was literally rolling his eyes in front of my face and saying “yeah, yeah I’ll talk to her about it” I could not believe the disrespect and lack of care from the general manager of all people. So I made an announcement to all the employees, they may think it’s just McDonald’s and they don’t have to care, but when they’re dealing with people they never know what’s going on in peoples lives and this small experience can make it or break it for someone, and although they may not be proud to work at McDonald’s they should take pride in the work and learn how to service customers so they can make a difference for someone. Really disappointed in the lack of service from the employees, and the lack of care from the leader

  30 minute wait and they still messed up our order! We waited outside in spot 4 for 20 mins then my husband had to go in and wait another 10 mins while over 15 cars passed us… this is ridiculous

  There is something missing EVERY time I do an online order. Always different items ranging from drinks to entire meals. Breakfast lunch or dinner.
